First I began looking for deals over the internet chatted with someone from the dealership on line have an offer on a 2007 nitro, received a call from a sales person saying if you come in to the dealership w with someone from the dealership on line have an offer on a 2007 nitro, received a call from a sales person saying if you come in to the dealership we can work your deal for you, he said my sales manager said being here in person helps us to know that you are a serious buyer. I then said, I don't want to come up for no reason, because I live so far away. He then assured me that he could work the deal if I was just there in the dealership do I went. I got there, and the deal they offered ended up being $32,500 from a sticker price of $10,500!!! This was through their finance company. They wouldn't tell me what the term of the loan was, all they could come up with is it's from 60 to 72 months!!!??? They wouldn't tell me what my interest rate was, and they wouldn't tell me what my trade in value was until they ran my credit to see how much I owed!!!! It all just seemed so scandalous, and shady. F iinally received a call from Fatima. Who was fantastic! She worked the deal that they claimed was impossible. Fatima gave me answers to questions that I felt important! More

I worked with Julie and Marysol. I was very pleased with their proficiency and professionalism. They worked with us on our credit which was not very good. Good negotiations on financing. I purchased an 2012 Dodge Avenger from this dealership. Gary was wonderful! I really enjoyed dealing with him. The prices are great, I was originally looking at a 2009 Pontiac Vibe with 38k miles on it at Gary was wonderful! I really enjoyed dealing with him. Do not do business with this dealership. They are very dishonest. After making a deal on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (advertised price on their website) and requesting a courtesy trade for my existing car dishonest. After making a deal on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (advertised price on their website) and requesting a courtesy trade for my existing car, they faxed me the paperwork and none of the figures matched up. When we started questioning them about where the numbers were coming from, they suddenly could not do a courtesy trade on our vehicle (which should not have affected them at all) and would not honor the prices they had given us. I will NEVER do business with this dealership and will make sure everyone I know hears about their dishonesty. We were paying cash, knew exactly what we wanted, and they had to spend absolutely no time trying to 'talk' us into a vehicle - to me, the perfect customer! Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews or the BBB report on this dealership until after I had already gone through this ordeal with them. More
1-7-2012. I was at work and my wife had gone down to the dealership to get the oil changed on her 2010 chrysler PT cruiser and to check on our prize from the mailed flier, and to test drive a 2012 chrys the dealership to get the oil changed on her 2010 chrysler PT cruiser and to check on our prize from the mailed flier, and to test drive a 2012 chrysler 200. After dropping her car at service, she went inside the dealership, where she was approached by Jordan from sales. He was very curtious and friendly asking her if he could help her. She asked for Braden Campbell and was told that he wasn't in yet. After considering buying a new car I went on line to look and talk to a online representative through IM and was told I would be contacted by an online representative. Braden Campbell called and we talked, and because of some hesitation on the part of my wife I told him that we needed to talk it over and weigh the pros and cons. Braden called me 1/6/12, and I had no signal so he left a message asking if we had talk it over and wanted to make the deal? I did not return his call and made no comitment. On 1/7/12 as I said my wife went to david stanley dodge chrysler, where she was help by Jordan. She test drove a 200, and the dealing began. There was some conversation between my wife and I over the phone as I was soon to get off work. I arrived at the dealership, at about 11:15 am CST. I was curtiously greeted by Jordan and told my wife was inside. We talk, then Jason came in the room. Jason the sales manager took care of the paperwork, and gave very valuable advice about this sale and how we should handle it. Paul in finance was also very helpful and curtious, and brought it all together for us. We are now proud owners of a brand new 2012 Chrysler 200. More

Was absolutely lied to to get us to drive the 140 miles. Was given their word over the phone on a deal that was not held up to when we arrived. Adding things to the loan without notifying customer of doing so. Then not finding out what charge is for until over a month later. Then telling me there is nothing that can be done now because to much tim doing so. Then not finding out what charge is for until over a month later. I will be notifying a news station to see if there is anything that they can do to help me with this problem. More
