Easily communicated with Julie Baier, the salesperson, via phone and email before going to the dealership. Once there, Julie made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at the internet price. Trading was not too painful and the finance process was straight forward. I would recommend checking them out if you are looking for a vehicle. More

I was in the market to put money down on a new car with my income tax money. I did not want to go to David Stanley,but my boyfriend said we should give them a try. To my surprise Sam Kirksey was very nice my income tax money. I did not want to go to David Stanley,but my boyfriend said we should give them a try. To my surprise Sam Kirksey was very nice and helpful. He showed us a nice car, explained our options in re-guards to the finance department, and trying to get us at a payment we were comfortable with. We left with a New 2012 Dodge Charger with little down and affordable payments. I was able to get the tag on time and pay for a complete year in advance!!!!!!! Place is a joke. My wife and I left very unhappy,very offended,disrespected,and exhausted for waiting 6 hleours to be turned down.We tried to trade in our 2006 pontiac g6 for a newer model vehicle well t offended,disrespected,and exhausted for waiting 6 hleours to be turned down.We tried to trade in our 2006 pontiac g6 for a newer model vehicle well the guy helping us running around looking confused I dont know what he was doing but it took him 4 hours to get us approved while we waited. He kept stalling so we wouldnt have to leave but heck he had our keys for the whole 6 hours we were there. But anyways the guy helping told us the salesperson was wanted to meet with my wife and I after 5 hours of wainting patiently not to mention we had our 4 year old daughter with us,anyways well ''BRENT'' the salesperson met with us and he was generous and ok and explained how they operate the trades in and banks loans and how much extra we could put down or what not. He asked what we were trying to get we told him exactly a newer model vehicle and told him that we could put money down with the trade in so he was like,so BRENT and his partner were like ok let us see what we can find you. So once again we they left to go look for a vehicle im guessing cus everytime we looked up we seen BRENT and our helper guy talking to other employees and having a good time while we waited thing wth. So we started gettin a little fustrated and impatient especially cus my wife had to be at work at 7 and we told them that at the beginning. So ffinally after another hour of waiting our helper not BRENT asked us to come outside with him and check out a vehicle they pulled around from across the street we thought it was a joke at first or someone elses car and in front of us was a freaking 2001 2002 ford taures I mean come on we asked for an upgrade if it was possible not a freaking down grade you know we felt a big slap in our faces and very very very offended. I mean we dont have the best credit in the the world and cosigners but worst case scenerio dont make the consumer feel offended and angry especially after waiting patiently for 6 hours,the best thing they should have done was not bring that raunchy car out and just told us they couldnt find a vehicle that we qualified for. Im still pist a frustrated oh and yea I gave BRENT my 2 cents and I hope he felt the same way I did for 6 hours in the 30 secs I gave him my words. Everyone at David Stanley was very nice! Brandon was very knowledgable about every car & SUV I looked at. He was very helpful. Shane was also wonderful to work with. They both made sure to take care of all o knowledgable about every car & SUV I looked at. He was very helpful. Shane was also wonderful to work with. They both made sure to take care of all of my needs and made sure they took care of me since I was a return customer. Shane even got me a lower payment and interest rate than we had originally agreed on so that was extremely helpful in saving me money. He also got me a great warranty! Thanks for everything! More

We told him what we wanted to see and he had us follow him to the car we wanted to see. My wife wanted to test drive the car and Richard went immediately to get the key. He moved the car to the drive way and opened the door for my wife and he got in the back seat and we went for a test drive. He answered all our questions without hesitation. When we got back to the dealership we went to his office and he offered us a cold drink. He asked what we wanted our payments at and it went from there. After we met with the sales manager and settled in on a price and payment we went to finance with in 15 minutes. When we got to finance we met Paul. He was also a professional and answered all our questions. He explained all of the extended warranties and let us choose the one we wanted, no pressure to pick a certain one. We had a casual conversation during the process and enjoyed visiting with him. I would say from the time we entered the dealership until we left with the car was no more than 2 hours and 15 minutes. It is by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a new car. I highly recommend David Stanley Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep To everyone I know. Great Sales people and Finance people not to mention a good price on the autos. More
