spent a week dealing with a salesman named August on a 2023 Dodge Challenger. I live in Indiana and since the vehicle is in Oklahoma, I relied on him to visually inspect the vehicle. I asked him three d 2023 Dodge Challenger. I live in Indiana and since the vehicle is in Oklahoma, I relied on him to visually inspect the vehicle. I asked him three different times if the vehicle has or had any hail damage, as I knew a big hailstorm went through that area the week before. Each time August told me that the vehicle had no hail damage, and it was in perfect condition as it should be since it is a brand-new vehicle. I decided to move forward with the vehicle and worked on negotiating the price. The day after we agreed to the price, the online price was lowered by $2K, so I insisted that we renegotiate the price. However, they wouldn't budge since we agreed the day before, even though I hadn't signed anything yet. They said since we had already started negotiating that they wouldn't give me the newly discounted price. That should have been my first sign that I was dealing with a shady dealership. I decided to go ahead with the higher price since it was my dream car, so I made travel arrangements and flew down to Oklahoma City, expecting to drive my new car back to Indiana. However, when I got there and inspected the vehicle, there were multiple hail hits on the roof. After waiting for several minutes for a sales manager, he confirmed that the car had hail damage on the roof and said that it might have had other hail damage that was already fixed on other areas of the car, but he couldn't confirm that with me, as they have a company come in and repair the vehicles so the damage doesn't get reported to Carfax. Both sales managers that I talked to said that August was fully aware that the car had hail damage, even though he told me different. They offered to give me $500 off the vehicle, however at that point I asked for my deposit back and asked for travel expenses since their salesman August blatantly lied and misled me. My travel reimbursement requests were denied. This was a terrible experience and David Stanley is a very shady dealership so beware if you decide to do business with them. More

I was impressed that the sales manager was able to make and closed the deal. However, I didn't know who my loan was with and for how long. Or the details about tag/registration rules not explained. The de and closed the deal. However, I didn't know who my loan was with and for how long. Or the details about tag/registration rules not explained. The deal done and I was driving away in less than 2 hours heading home which was impressive. The car was not even wash, nearly 1/4 tank of gas to send me on my way sales rep forgot to give me back my license so I had to drive back to the dealership. More
