I was amazed at the customer service at David Stanley, My sales person was Robert Danes and he was fantastic. I went in on Friday but had some personal issues and had to leave so we made an appointment and I sales person was Robert Danes and he was fantastic. I went in on Friday but had some personal issues and had to leave so we made an appointment and I went back on Saturday, he was there and ready to help me anyway he could. When he ran into a problem with my credit he immediately got two of his managers involved they were, Steve Richardson and Trenn Smith. Oh my goodness, the amount of work these three had to do to get me in my 2010 Hyundai Sonata was incredible, but in the end I drove away with an amazing car and a huge smile on my face. Thanks guys, you are wonderful and my next car will definately come from you. Hope all the salesman there are this great, because I am sure these three will move up in the ranks long before I am ready to buy another car. review written by Phyllis Walton, an extremely happy customer!!! Overall, I feel like I've had a decent experience with David Stanley. All of the staff I have met has been extremely friendly and helpful, with no hesitation to answer any questions I had. Mike Vance did a good job and trying to find the right truck to fit what I was looking for, and helped work to get my monthly payments into something that will be workable. Price I'm ending up paying turns out to be significantly more than what I later found to be the advertised price of the truck, but I was told by a manager that I couldn't get the cheaper price if I wanted the lower apr? Not sure how that works out...Which kinda leads to me feeling like buying the truck was a mistake and I shouldn't have done it, and should have just kept my old car, but that's not really their fault. Just sucks that I'm kinda stuck with this vehicle and there's nothing I can do about it now. -Edit- Well, originally, I had a great experience, but in the days following, that changed very quickly. I brought it up Tuesday (3 days after purchasing the truck) with the salesman I worked with, he said that the manager I would need to speak with wouldn't be in until Saturday (one week after the purchase). The customer sales manager was not in that day, but when I spoke to him, he said that there was nothing that could have been done, period. I went back on Saturday, never saw a manager, but after looking into the situation a little bit, I was told that I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday so they could talk with a financial representative. I got a call back today, Tuesday, saying to come back this evening. I just returned from the dealership, and was told by the sales manager that if I wanted to bring it back, I would had to have done it within 72 hours. I explained to him how I've gotten the run-around constantly, every time I talk with someone, and that it's horrible how I tell them within the time frame they say I had that I want to to return the truck, and they tell me "No, you have to wait", so I wait, as told, and now they tell me "Too bad, you should have done something sooner." You would think that if they care so much about their customer service, they wouldn't lie to their customers. Hopefully someday I'll be able to get a straight answer from SOMEONE. More

I thought I would try and give the dealer ship a second chance and the only reason I spent any money there was due to Therroyn Miller. He made it pleasant, and easy to write a check to buy a car from him. Thank You. More

I went on David Stanley online looking for a vehicle and ended up with a online sales rep but she was really busy when I showed up at the dealership. I told him what I wanted and what prices range I was looking for and he found just that. 2007 Dodge Charger with 29,300 miles, under my price range and the right color just for me. I have always hated the car buying experience but Chris Patterson made my car buying experience GREAT. I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 from Julie Baier last week and was VERY impressed. She took the time to do an inventory walk with me to make sure I was getting the truck I needed. actually bought a new van online from david stanley chrysler. i arranged to be picked up at the airport by shawn and he picked me up in the vehicle purchased so i could actually ride in it before closi chrysler. i arranged to be picked up at the airport by shawn and he picked me up in the vehicle purchased so i could actually ride in it before closing the deal. he was punctual, professional, and friendly. i talked to paul in finance and he had all the papers ready for the sale and it took only a short period of time to complete the sale. shawn took the time to explain all the features on the new van, how to operate them, introduced me to the service department manager, and took care of me like he would a family member. although i live outside of kansas city, the david stanley team members treated me as though i lived there in oklahoma city and i appreciated their friendliness and the overall sales experience i found at the dealership. i would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here. More
