We recently purchased a 06 H3 from David Stanley Dodge. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The salesmen(Brandon Wilson) that we had already spoken with on the phone came up to us and was very friend We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We are in love with our H3 and have even named it the "Bumble Beast", since it is bright yellow. It was overall a good experience. The only thing I would change is in the final numbers of negotiations it would all be included, this is something that the sales manager failed to tell me. brandon wilson did very well and i enjoyed dealing and working with him on getting my new car. the only problem i had was me and my wife spent 8 hours trying to get the car...well here is the story we got working with him on getting my new car. the only problem i had was me and my wife spent 8 hours trying to get the car...well here is the story we got there with a ride from my uncle who after being told the car was ours for the $250 a month payment and we were soon going to drive away in our new car we was told the bank didn't want to finance the car because it wasn't being made anymore since the company had went out of business so we had to be taken back to another room again where we was told they would find a car in our range and then was told they had none....then told that if we went up to $325 we could take the car...well after doing that and sitting some more we was told that wasn't enough and then told if we got a co signer we would really get to take the car..after doing that and sitting some more we were told once again we would have to go up on how much we paid a month on the payments to around $350 and then again it went up to $397 and then again to $403 finally after all that they said ok we can let you take that car for $403 a month and then was told i only had 3 working days to get all the info for the bank and whatever witch only came out to being 2 days for us because they kept us at the dealership telling us we had it and then we dont and then we do and then we dont and then we do from 2 pm all the way until 10 pm where when we got outside to the car it was too dark to see all the dust and dirt on the car that we were told earlier it was being cleaned and gass being put into it..and that was not done the next morning i got up where i could see the car better and saw all the dust and dirt on it and the back right light had a hole in it...now i called up the dealer and asked if they could fix it and was told no im sorry we can't do that since you said nothing about it before you left the dealer..well turns out my wife had said something about it so after talking over the phone and getting no where i went back up to the dealer and spoke with a manager who came out and looked at it and saw the dirt and the light and went ahead and agreed to fix it...other then all that brandon wilson was great to deal with even tho i was being a little short with him after being there all day and i would be happy to deal with him again but i don't think i would wanna go through dealing with the dealership/bank again to be jerked around again...if it wasnt for my ride leaving i would have walked out and took the money for the down payment and bought a car from someone else with less problems More

The service dept gives me a great price everytime I'm there and the employees are always friendly. Brian was very helpful and the mailers I get are always very useful.
