The worst sales experience I've ever had! Buyer beware. We thought we had a deal and was ready to sign the paperwork, however, when we were brought to the finance office, the deal we agreed Buyer beware. We asked for the extra 1500 off that Pablo agreed to just the hour before because we found the same vehicle brand new for 2k cheaper.....but he refused to apply the 1500 dollar discount. Then the vehicle that we were going to purchase we found on THEIR carfax report had been marked down to 31899 from the 36450 price they were selling it for to us. We even called their sales manager to confirm that the 31899 price was right and Kyle Williams did agree that was the price!! We brought this to their attention and they would not budge and would not even grant the 1500 discount they had originally agreed to. The finance guy wouldn't even give us a breakdown of the 2 vehicles we were trying to buy, he was extremely dismissive and rude, rolling his eyes and not giving us a straight answer......it was 4 hours of my life I will not get back, buyer beware they lie and don't do what they say.
