I found the Jeep I wanted on the Internet. I was very pleased with the phone calls I received from my email inquiry from a sales associate Julie Baier. She was quick and eager to help get all my questio pleased with the phone calls I received from my email inquiry from a sales associate Julie Baier. She was quick and eager to help get all my questions answered. She was very honest and very kind. I told her I was coming, to look and she was ready and had everything in order. I had something missing from the car and she was happy to take care of the missing item as was the service dept. and customer service. Julie was a breath of fresh air and made the purchase much more pleasant than past experiences. So far, I am really happy with the dealership and service. I would use Julie again in a heart beat and highly reccomend her. The management was so, so and a bit typical. The manager I saw briefly was a bit arrogant and shady, but I was glad my dealings with him were brief. So, in a nutshell I give my sales associate Julie Baier a 10 out of 10! I appreciate honest people that you don't feel like are trying to screw you over for any extra buck they can get. It makes for a more pleasant experience and one that I would come back for on my next car purchase. Accounting/paperwork was quick, but not the friendliest guy. I guess that doesn't matter. I have never been put at ease while buying a car like I was with Dustin. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I called the dealerships Saturday 9/22/12. I talked to Stephen Reynolds, he assured me the jeep I was interested in was still available(I gave him the stock number and everything). My wife and I drove 3 hours to go buy it (Stephen knew this). They said they had sold it 2 hours before we got there. (might I add, Stephen called me 2 hours before we arrived and failed to mention that the reason we were driving 3 hours just sold)The finance manager tried to talk us into a more expensive vehicle and was extremely arrogant and rude when we declined. We were treated very poorly and lied to. All this to say, I will never again visit a David Stanley dealership. More
