There were a few things that I learned after going to the dealership. The internet price IS the price, no negotiating. Be in mind of that when you walk in the door after inquiring about an internet sale. I dealership. The internet price IS the price, no negotiating. The 3 columns of downpayment, number of months to finance and finance rate were unclear. It took a lot of prying for me to get an interest rate out of our salesman AFTER he had run our credit report. He could not give anything concrete. We bantered back and forth about this. I was so frustrated that I almost got up to leave. When I got to financing, the rate I was promised on paper (back in the negotiating room where we all initial the deal), was not what was offered. I stood my ground and told them I wanted the interest rate promised or I walk. After signing papers and leaving (after 6 hours!!!), we thought we were clear. The following day the tire went flat and I had to have it repaired a Wal-Mart. When I returned to the dealership with my trade in, the best they offered was to reimburse my repair cost of $10. The trade in I gave them had NEW tires on them that were only a month old. I still haven't been reimbursed... The following week I received another call and text to send in pay stubs, which I did, but then was told I had to come in and sign paperwork for the bank, my Educator's credit union. Again, I had to make a trip 25 miles out of my way. While there I was asked for a voided check. Being a person who does not carry their checkbook around I asked why they didn't tell me to bring one knowing I was coming out? Luckily they sent a driver to my house a few days later. This process has been the most stressful thing I have done in a while. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to the guy in finance who was SO knowledgeable and kind. He rocks! I would also like to thank the 2 internet sales guys who helped us buy our car (Nissan Juke), Ryan and Chris. I would also like to thank their manager who helped us over that final hurdle in the negotiating room. He was cool, calm and collected. I would recommend this dealership; however, be informed before you go, plan on spending time, and bring a voided check! Whitney Moore, OK More
I purchased a 2013 jeep wrangler from Davis Stanley Dodge on December 1st. I rate this review at 5 star due to the great customer service I received from Shawn Archer. I am aware of the high pressure stigma that many people feel in regards to a salesman but Shawn never pressured me or attempted to put me in a vehicle I didn't want. I wanted a black on black 6 speed manual soft top 2 door sport with manual windows. Shawn said he would call me when the 2013 jeeps came in and he called me on November 29th to inform me that a Jeep matching my specifications came in. While going over numbers and pricing on the Jeep I felt as if I was talking to a friend and not the internet sales manager I was never pressured by Shawn to buy the jeep and he has called me since the purchase since to check up on how everything is going I got an amazing deal on the purchase and have been happy with my new vehicle. If you are in the market for a new Dodge Chrysler or Jeep Shawn is the one to talk to. More
My boyfriend & I did a little car shopping this weekend. All we wanted to do was just look around & see what was out there. Never expected to walk out of the dealership at 10:30pm with a new truck! This location was only our 2nd lot.... We planned on looking around all weekend and part of the week to make a decision. We were on a time crunch but had a few days for a decision. Our plan was to go home & sleep on our options. After meeting with Vince & him narrowing down exactly what we were looking for within price, make & model, year he found us OUR new truck. After Vince worked with us down to a "T" of what we were looking for there was no way we could say no to this truck!! We got an amazing price & can only thank Vince & Trenn for working so well with us to have us leave that night in our new truck. These guys really know what they are doing. Great, great customer service!! More

I really enjoyed working with Shanice. She was very sweet and polite. She listened to me, and she tried her best on finding me a vehicle to meet every single one of my needs.
