Awesome dealership who really helps it's customers. We had trouble trading in our vehicle at other places, and they worked hard to get what we wanted. We had trouble trading in our vehicle at other places, and they worked hard to get what we wanted. More
The quality from when I purchased my Ford edge to now has changed quite vastly. I would not recommend this dealership to friends or family. We were on the lot for 9 hours, the longest I've ever been in a dea changed quite vastly. I would not recommend this dealership to friends or family. We were on the lot for 9 hours, the longest I've ever been in a dealership. The finance manager was unprofessional and couldn't wait to take a dab rip as he stated which led to our conversation about cannabis being legal now. Finally we left with a truck at 10:30. The lending fell through because of my career as a property manager it was perceived in my interview the truck was being used as a commercial vehicle. Tim and a second associate texted me frequently asking me how everything was going all while simply ignoring or just not responding to my questions, then Tim lied and contradicted his statement of everything being digital when he stated that my co-signer and I needed to hand sign a missed document. It was only when I called the lending company trying to get access to my payment portal, that I was informed that the lending fell through and that I needed to return the vehicle. I immediately reached out to Tim Thompson and asked about this in confusion at which he immediately responded with being just as surprised as me. Oddly enough, he knew about this for days and just didn't have the xxxxx to do his job! While we were in transit to bring the truck back from Wellston, Ok we made it to NE 10th before he told us to come the following day, citing that the manager that had my traded in truck keys had left for the day. We texted him the following day and got no response. We go to the dealership to find out that he was off and that no part of the process was handled. It took the employee an hour to take my keys and find my truck then leave it and make us walk to it! We drove our truck on the lot and it was ok, after they kept it for two weeks, it made it two blocks from the dealership and triple A had to come and get it. MANAGEMENT WON'T CALL YOU BACK!!! More
From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, every person we came in contact was top notch. Salesman Kareem to Maurio to Tim the whole process was a great experience. If you looking to purchase every person we came in contact was top notch. Salesman Kareem to Maurio to Tim the whole process was a great experience. spent a week dealing with a salesman named August on a 2023 Dodge Challenger. I live in Indiana and since the vehicle is in Oklahoma, I relied on him to visually inspect the vehicle. I asked him three d 2023 Dodge Challenger. I live in Indiana and since the vehicle is in Oklahoma, I relied on him to visually inspect the vehicle. I asked him three different times if the vehicle has or had any hail damage, as I knew a big hailstorm went through that area the week before. Each time August told me that the vehicle had no hail damage, and it was in perfect condition as it should be since it is a brand-new vehicle. I decided to move forward with the vehicle and worked on negotiating the price. The day after we agreed to the price, the online price was lowered by $2K, so I insisted that we renegotiate the price. However, they wouldn't budge since we agreed the day before, even though I hadn't signed anything yet. They said since we had already started negotiating that they wouldn't give me the newly discounted price. That should have been my first sign that I was dealing with a shady dealership. I decided to go ahead with the higher price since it was my dream car, so I made travel arrangements and flew down to Oklahoma City, expecting to drive my new car back to Indiana. However, when I got there and inspected the vehicle, there were multiple hail hits on the roof. After waiting for several minutes for a sales manager, he confirmed that the car had hail damage on the roof and said that it might have had other hail damage that was already fixed on other areas of the car, but he couldn't confirm that with me, as they have a company come in and repair the vehicles so the damage doesn't get reported to Carfax. Both sales managers that I talked to said that August was fully aware that the car had hail damage, even though he told me different. They offered to give me $500 off the vehicle, however at that point I asked for my deposit back and asked for travel expenses since their salesman August blatantly lied and misled me. My travel reimbursement requests were denied. This was a terrible experience and David Stanley is a very shady dealership so beware if you decide to do business with them. More
