I was so mad by the time it had taken all the happiness out of buying the new vehicle. We were starving and extremely frustrated. Do not like the signing of paperwork on my phone either. Website didn't function well and too small to actually read the numbers. Advertisement on radio about the $18,000 VERY MISLEADING. Also was told no payment for 90 days then get into finance and it's 45 days. Still not sure if they "threw" in the GAP for free - feel like we ended up paying for it by looking at the numbers when I got home. Salespeople were again, great!!! Rest of experience not so great. I wouldn't buy there again. More
