My Lexus was recently dropped off due to a light that came on & Jeremy called me to inform me that my car ready for pickup I called Jeremy back to see if it could be delivered to my house . Many thanks to everyone involved in getting my truck in better shape. Especially Graham and the unnamed Tech who took time to drive with me to learn if the troubles I'd been having were resolved. While I was there, I spent a considerable amount of time with Salesman Trevor, shopping for a higher-level truck. I took a lot of Trevor's time, and he showed me nothing but patient respect. During that time I also talked with Kayleigh, who offered to help make the best deal possible when the right truck becomes available. I'm hoping the truck I'm looking for shows up - happily, I'm in no hurry to buy now that my truck is in better operating condition. More
Took my David Scott GMC in to fix seat warmer issue. It took two days to tell me they could not fix the problem, problem remains unresolved. Graham Nelson couldn't be bothered verify that a part that hadn't come in was actually ordered while I was at the dealership. He said he would call and let me know but never did. My truck has been in for same issue several times but instead of trouble shooting they "update the ECM" and erase the code. Makes me wonder if they are pushing off the problem until warranty expires. More
The service technician wouldn’t return any calls. Tried 3 times to get estimate on time to finish on vehicle service. No response. Even the service manager was unable to give estimate. Finally went to dealership, only person we were talk to was our salesman; he sought out the problem and quickly responded to our request. Thanks Michael. Wish I could return the vehicle and look somewhere else. I guess for a 60k vehicle you can’t expect much. More
