The service scheduler is really good. When I arrived I got right in and was told the diagnostic action would take some time. The tech brought me to the truck and showed me the brake pads in the rear. So got right in and was told the diagnostic action would take some time. The tech brought me to the truck and showed me the brake pads in the rear. So they diagnosed the code issue as not being an issue and sent me on my way. By the time got home the code was back on. I am unsure what to think at this point except the dealership in Ft Walton charged me 1100 to fix the issue and that was a problem. So at least Lee didn’t try to fix something and charge me for it. A step up from the other guys. Basically disappointed in the outcome. I deal with it at a local shop. The tech did successfully rotate my tires. More

I used to rate this service center very high. But, since Jan 21 it has taken two days to get my car in the shop just to troubleshoot the problem. I was told then that they were short technicians and could not get people to work. I tried to get an appointment for an oil change and was told that they're not taking appointments just come in. On Aug 27, 2021 (8:15am) I came in for an oil change on my 2017 GMC Acadia. I was told they would get me in as soon as they could. hour and 40 minutes later they told me it was ready.... I guess they are still short handed. More
Got a front end alignment. Made it a quarter mile down the road and realized I had to have the steering wheel turned at about 20 degrees for it to go straight.
