I called Lee Buick GMC when my vehicle would not crank after shopping at Walmart. Jeremy Cadle gave me the phone number and told me to call GMC roadside assistance. I was not happy with my service on, as they did not even drive my vehicle to see what the transmission was doing, only wanted to change the fluid again, and they have already changed before and it didn't do drive my vehicle to see what the transmission was doing, only wanted to change the fluid again, and they have already changed before and it didn't do any good. I will be purchasing another vehicle, but if this is the service i will be getting i will purchase from someone else. when i brought the vehicle in before with the transmission it was expressed that i knew they had a recall on the 2016 GMC's with transmission issues. I feel that they should have at least drove the my vehicle to see what it was doing, but all they wanted to do was change the fluid and when i told them NO they told me Oh, we are using a different fluid. I was not satisfied with service at all, i sat at the dealership from 07:30 to 11:15 and all that was done was the oil was changed, and yes, i did have an appointment. I have extended warranty on my vehicle and i feel that you guys are just waiting for my warranty to expire, and then you will tell me that i need work done to the transmission then i will have to pay for it out of pocket. The guy that checked me in was very nice, and he did what he could do. I do realize that he can only do so much with your service department. More
