We walked into McDermott Lexus late on a Saturday afternoon, in fact very near to closing time. Our goal was a short visit to check out some Lexus hybrids – both sedans and SUVs – speak briefly with afternoon, in fact very near to closing time. Anthony Faustini cordially greeted us and asked if he could be of help. He immediately put us at ease. His approach was professional, affable, relaxed, and courteous and gave no indication of urgency given that closing time was fast approaching. Throughout our visit we felt no pressure and heard no rapid-fire sales pitch. So we decided to return the following week to learn more about a sedan model we had seen in the showroom and to take a test drive. Our first encounter with Anthony was indicative of our entire experience with him. He is knowledgeable and informative not only about the hybrid sedan, but also about the Lexus make in general. We found Anthony to be competent, good natured and accommodating. We returned the next Tuesday and ultimately purchased the hybrid sedan, which was readied for us in pristine condition with a red bow on its roof.Jim Millhouse (Sales Manager), Chris Lucatino (Finance Manager), and Ryan Mariano (Technology Specialist), also helped to make our car purchase at McDermott Lexus a very positive experience. That’s how they treat people that have gotten 4 vehicles from them. Still waiting on.no call back from any manager. This dealership was bought out. They no longer care about customers. Run! More
