I will call him back when I get off work. I have screen shots that shows as soon as Rob/bob left i meessage and called and left vm for Terry and told him the svu wasnt fixed and still doing the samething. He stated he would get with the service dept to see what they did and GM to see what they can do about the kia and then I was Ghosted.

We're disappointed to learn that this happened. Records show that the vehicle had preexisting damage to the roof when it was brought in for service. We were told the car wash damaged an antenna so we obliged and instructed that the antenna be replaced. When our GM reached out, you agreed that our carwash could not have caused the roof damage but he still approved the deductible for the repair as a courtesy to you. While the unit was in the body shop for months, we also provided you with a loaner free of charge. The front bumper damage that was caused over a year ago is a separate incident however Mr. Gonzalez explained that the repair was separate (outside insurance coverage) and that while the unit was in the body shop, it could not be repaired. We have ordered that part and it has not come in yet, but we will let you know when it arrives. If you have any questions or additional concerns, please reach out to Tony at (469) 405-3736. Additionally, you live out of state which also delayed the process, in that we had to get the duplicate title from previous owner’s bank then send off to the state where you reside. According to your GM, Tony Gonzalez, it was traded on 6.9.22, I bought it on 6.13.22, and the payoff for the previous owners lien wasn’t sent until 6.20.22. Your GM then told me there was an additional payoff check that had to be overnighted after 6.20.22. Your dealership told me that once the lien was paid off, the bank would release the title, and that title would be sent to my tag agent in Oklahoma. I’m not sure what is going on here, but it seems very sketchy that it took so long to pay off the previous owners lien, and that your dealership is telling me it will take 74 days from the date of purchase to supposedly receive my title.
