This is not a stand up dealership. They post vehicles without inspection because of their name. They lie. I was lied to by Shantiv and have text msg to prove. He stated the vehicle had no recalls and that it had been through a 100someting pt inspection only to find out it didn't and has multiple recalls. Terry Gilliam Gulliam is like a guard dog you can't trust. He lied to me and then Ghosted me. Literally stop responding to messages in the middle of a conversation and will not return calls. I purchased a vehicle that I can't drive and I'm paying a car note. Mothers stay away. This dealership is full of con artist. Oh in the black lady at the front desk is Sooooooo Rude n doesn't speak at all she sits with her nose up picking and choosing whom she will say welcome to. So make sure u look like money cause she treats u better. They talk about other dealerships to make themselves look good. I hate I drove so far trusting them. More

I did fleet buying in the past, so I am a difficult buyer. I don't play the emotional games, its strictly making the numbers work. Veronica was an amazing salesperson and she brought in the sales manager for the final number part to make it a good deal for the dealership and myself. It was a professional experience from start to finish. Its nice to do business straight forward and do what you say mentality in today's times. If they have a vehicle you want, they will work to get it to you. Great dealership experience!!! More
On October 7th, 2022, I went in for service on my MKZ to get new shocks/struts and speakers. (and some other stuff). I told them straight up, my front speaker is cracked and that I can't listen to music. get new shocks/struts and speakers. (and some other stuff). I told them straight up, my front speaker is cracked and that I can't listen to music. I told them I want ALL new speakers so I don't have to come back in a few months to then replace another speaker. I wanted all new. They call me the next day and say I don't need speakers, just need an amplifier. Ok? So I pay for that. Get my car a week later and they go "Oh yea..you need new speakers". I specifically asked for that on day one. I specifically planned my whole trip to get my car fixed as I have no time in the fall as I travel a lot. They are either scam artists or incompetent. Not sure if both. But the big kicker is that I paid for new shocks/struts and when I pulled out to the place, my whole car rattled like my wheels were about to fall off. Scared the crap out of me. Turns out they didn't install them right and so i immediately took it back. They fixed the front, but it was the next day I realized they didn't fix all 4 wheels. Now, I hear creaking noises in my front that persist today. They didn't adjust or install them right. I ended up meeting the General manager, he asked if he could make things right. Even shook my hand. It's been a MONTH. Nothing. no speakers, my shocks make this horrid noise. I should have gone somewhere else. The GM, the Service Dept manager and the guy in the back that installed my parts. ALL INCOMPENTENT. Scammed me good. Please. If you read this and want more than an oil change, PLEASE TAKE MY WARNING.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Or install it yourself. Sure will prolly break it and not do it right, but at least you won't get screwed out of $5000. I am real, Astros Beat the Phillies, cold front coming in this week, Happy Voting Day. The GM actually shook my hand, asked to make this right and then said "Hey, I'm trying to run a business here so your post on Google...could you, you know...help me out". WHERE ARE MY xxxx SPEAKERS AND WHAT DID YOU DO TO BREAK MY CAR!? Bunch of scam artists. Go elsewhere people. I started this nightmare on 10/7/2022. It is 11/8/2022 and still have noises from my front left tire and no speakers so I get to hear it all day long. More
I don't know if I've ever given anything a one star review. If I write a review, it's typically on the positive side. For David McDavid Lincoln, it couldn't get any worse. Here's my story. In May of 20 review. If I write a review, it's typically on the positive side. For David McDavid Lincoln, it couldn't get any worse. Here's my story. In May of 2021 -- yes, 18 months ago! -- I brought up my to their old location in Plano just for schedule maintenance. While in their position, my car was hit by another car. It caused some front grill damage. Nothing major. My Aviator was drivable. The dealership was honest about this and told me they would fix it. After some back and forth, they then informed me I'd have to work with my insurance to get it fixed. I asked why this would be an insurance situation and didn't get anywhere. I kept calling my representative to secure a time for the repair -- and called their sister repair shop to set up time to get it fixed -- and never heard back! This went on for 7-8 months. Eventually my wife and I were just going to get it fixed ourselves. I brought my vehicle into their dealership's new location in Frisco for a tune up prior to a family trip. Very simple. While on our trip, my wife noticed that the "antennae" on the top of the Aviator was missing and there was a hole in the roof. We immediately called the dealership and asked if they could check their cameras to see if anything happened there. The dealership eventually called back and said they would "take care of it." That they fix the antennae damage when we returned. We explained that it was pretty significant. That it felt like a car wash had scraped the top and somehow ripped off the antennae. They said, "no problem, we will take care of it." They said they'd order the parts and fix it as soon as we got back. I then explained the previous damage that happened at their dealership and they said they were so sorry and would fix that too. They said they'd order the parts immediately. We returned from our trip and brought the vehicle in at our scheduled time. They had not ordered any parts, had little record of those conversations. they still insisted they'd "take care of it" however. It wasn't until someone finally looked at the damage -- I did send them pictures of it while we were on the road trip -- and they said "we can't fix that for no cost. We just thought it was an antennae." So, not only had they not ordered the parts they now said they wouldn't fix it. This went all the way up to the GM, Tony. Tony didn't want to deal with it. He said I was given bad information, etc. Wanted to find a scapegoat within his dealership. We eventually said they'd pay me my deductible if I'd do an insurance claim. This started in July '22 and at this point it's late August/early September. I initially said we just needed this fixed and would connect them with our insurance, but they insisted "they'd take care of it." Fast forward to today and I might finally be getting the vehicle back. Since JULY. No real acknowledge of how poor their service is, etc. They did fix the front grill repair from the damage THEY DID back in 2021 and I hope fixed the antennae -- that my wife and I think probably happened at their property as well given that's the only time the vehicle was out of our possession. As a service department, this is the worst of the worst. Never experienced anything like it, and it's leader led. Tony was not on top of anything going on at that place. F rating. More
Out of state buyers beware, I bought a 2019 Lincoln Navigator from David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco on June 13th, 2022, and to date, July 27, 2022 I still have not received the title to my vehicle. I wa Navigator from David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco on June 13th, 2022, and to date, July 27, 2022 I still have not received the title to my vehicle. I was told today, July 27, 2022, that it will be an additional 30 days before I get my title, which will make it 74 days from the date of purchase before I supposedly receive my title. I was told by their GM, Tony Gonzalez, that the lien from the previous owner was not paid off until June 20th, 7 days after I purchased the vehicle, and that they had to overnight an additional payoff check after that… who knows what the actual truth is. This dealership, and how they have handled this situation is very sketchy. More
