I took my Mercury Mountaineer, which I purchased new at the dealership in for service. The service tech apparently did not agree with my political beliefs and used a tape gun to duct tape over a bumper st the dealership in for service. The jagged edge of the tape gun scratched the paint on the tailgate and the dealership refused to offer anything--not even an apology. Furthermore, the service tech (probably the same one) rubbed grease all over the interior upholstery and dash. And they wonder why I haven't been back. More

I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. That do not stand by hide there vehicles. I purchase a car and 9 months later my brakes are 90% used and need to be replace.
