I purchased a used vehicle at David McDavid and noticed a piece of drip molding came off a few days after purchase. I communicated my issue to Austin and Susanne (both sales consultants), and Pooyah the fina piece of drip molding came off a few days after purchase. I communicated my issue to Austin and Susanne (both sales consultants), and Pooyah the finance consultant. When I did manage to reach someone after multiple attempts, I was met with classic used car salesman one-liners like “we’ll see what we can do” and “I’ll bring it up to my manager.” I never received a straight answer regarding the disposition of the reported damage. I contacted their manager “Tony” (no last name provided) via their website …you guessed it, NO answer!! I was under the impression that Lincoln represented an excellence of reputation in service and customer service. I was clearly wrong. I’m sure David McDavid Frisco is not a representation of Lincoln as a whole, but worthy of note is that this team is in serious need of customer relations training. I am extremely let down by this Lincoln experience and unfortunately can not recommend this dealership to my friends/family. More
