After 1. 5 month paying full amount of the BMW X7, i still didnt get the title and managers are not available to discuss the issue. I wanted to give the car an 5 month paying full amount of the BMW X7, i still didnt get the title and managers are not available to discuss the issue. I wanted to give the car and my money back but no answers. Brandon is not responding and returning my calls. Sonia is not calling after several voice messages. Very frustrated with the sales team. Took our Lincoln MKC for a battery drain issue on a Tuesday, no communication so called after 2 days still not looked at. I asked for daily updates and every day was "not being worked on yet" finally o Tuesday, no communication so called after 2 days still not looked at. I asked for daily updates and every day was "not being worked on yet" finally on Saturday, 5 days later, just picked it up covered in dust. Obviously, never even touched and not a word from the Service dept except "here are your keys" Will never go back. More
