Took our Lincoln MKC for a battery drain issue on a Tuesday, no communication so called after 2 days still not looked at. I asked for daily updates and every day was "not being worked on yet" finally o Tuesday, no communication so called after 2 days still not looked at. I asked for daily updates and every day was "not being worked on yet" finally on Saturday, 5 days later, just picked it up covered in dust. Obviously, never even touched and not a word from the Service dept except "here are your keys" Will never go back. More
