This was the most impersonal experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. I made an appointment to come in and that the paperwork would only take about 30 minutes. The sales manager and salesman had us wait in a “lounge”area until it was time to sign paperwork. At that time I thought that you would sit with the finance person to go over everything. At this time, the paperwork was placed in front of me on a coffee table and was asked to sign here and there. This waiting and signing process took well over an hour and a half. Hardly any communication. Now, I keep getting asked for a review and feedback. I’m not impressed and the only recommendation I would give to friend and family would be to buy elsewhere. More
Worst experience from a repair shop ever. Akin to a fly by night scam artist. Came in for oil change and state inspection. After two visits I got my car back. On freeway home under car splash Akin to a fly by night scam artist. Came in for oil change and state inspection. After two visits I got my car back. On freeway home under car splash shield cam off at 70 mph almost crashed due to the calamity. Won’t be back!!!! Local repair shop got me back on the road no thanks to you. More
