My husband and I came in a couple of months ago looking to purchase a new car. Darren Smith was the salesman that we worked with. He was friendly, down to Earth, not pushy at all and most importantly...h to purchase a new car. Darren Smith was the salesman that we worked with. I went to purchase my 5th Honda and 2nd Oddessy van from David McDavid Honda Frisco. It was a Nightmare. Yes they have excellant service reps. But New Car Sales/Finance guys are sharks. I felt dirty after I David McDavid Honda Frisco. It was a Nightmare. Yes they have excellant service reps. But New Car Sales/Finance guys are sharks. I felt dirty after I left the dealership. They fit the car salesman stereotypes perfect. Why do they still use the horrible sales techniques that xxxx off customers? They are business dinosaurs in my opinion. I will never do bussiness with this dealership or recommend them to anyone again. Here is why. My wife made a deal with them and when we arrived they CHANGED it. I dont care if it was only $1000 change but they lost my trust then. My Wife really wanted the car so I held my anger and proceeded and bit my tongue knowing I was getting ripped on trade in by a few 1000s and my interest rate was a bit high. We go into the finanace backroom and the finance guy trys 3 times to sell me a extended warranty we dont need. Ive owned 5 hondas and know they are great to 100k miles. But the finance guy insists we get one buy lowering our finance rate so the payment and warranty is a "wash" meaning he hide it our agreed monthly payment. I knew then i was paying too much interest if he could bury a warrenty into it. Take my advice get educated before you buy. Google "carsales tricks" and check out Edmunds.com or somthing like it. Skip this dealership for Carsales. after sales car service is excellant. I question the validity of alot of these perfect reviews all 5's ??? Not realistic. More

After a long day car shopping the McDavid dealership in Frisco was our last stop before having to end our search for the day.
