Just purchased a new 2013 accord ex l v6. Debi did more than an excellent job. There was a mistake in that the car we took home was a 4 instead of a 6. I was not charged the difference in price as they originally priced the car as a 4. This shows me hat they do back their sals people and are a able to back their mistakes. Debi was so sorry for the mistake. SHE TREATD US as a friend and not a customer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Honda that they consider this dealership and definitely ask for Debi Carroll. She is great. More

The salesman, Crist Schinabeck, was very helpful in find a car that suits my needs. I owned a 2002 Honda Civic EX Sedan and loved it. Chris found a choice of 2012 Civic models to choose from. Aaron and Keith were fantastic. Late on a holiday weekend I began reaching out to DFW area Honda dealers as my wife and I had decided months earlier it was time replace our beloved Denali for a minivan. The Odyssey seemed the appealing option and since Keith responded to my online request promptly and the dealership was convenient, we gave them a shot at our business. Kids in tow and after a few hours of test drives, negotiations etc, we settled on new 2012 EX-L. The minivan drives fantastic and I actually enjoy driving it...but more importantly, the wife who claimed she'd never be a "minivan mom" proudly claims ownership of the Odyssey and absolutely loves it! The only issue we had was with the F & I department. Typically, I'm wary of this unpleasant part of the dealership experience...just as I dislike the paperwork involved with real estate purchases. The details are mute and considering the holiday weekend, lateness of the day, and the sheer amount of units sold over that weekend surely played a part of my "unsatisfactory" F&I experience. A quick conversation with Sales GM Rob Tharp (who contacted me) satisfied my venting needs and we expect nothing but smooth motoring from here forward. More
