I went to this dealership to find a car for my son in March 2012. I had such a great experience, I went back for myself in November 2012. Even though the idea of getting a new vehicle is always exciting, I have never liked the whole process. But that didn't apply to my experience at David McDavid Frisco. My salesman, Darren Smith, did a great job of making the whole process actually pleasant. His customer service was excellent and he was incredibly helpful; he never came across as the stereotypical salesman just out to get your money...he actually was genuine and honest and so helpful. So now I've been to this dealership twice, got a great deal both time, and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a purchase or lease. The customer service and follow up was exceptional. I now cannot imagine going anywhere else! More

I am based in Nigeria and went on autotrader.com in order to get a BMW X6 as a 40th Birthday gift for my husband. Within hours of completing the online bio-data form, I was called by a sales rep and from tha to get a BMW X6 as a 40th Birthday gift for my husband. Within hours of completing the online bio-data form, I was called by a sales rep and from that time, up until i got the car I was extremely impressed with their services. I had to fly into the US in time for his birthday and so was restricted by time (in signing paperwork and all)..... The sales rep volunteered to meet me up at the airport to sort out all the paperwork and conditions. The car was ready for pick up and it arrived just in time for the "surprise"! I also spoke with one of the finance managers on a couple of occassions and I must say that I have been extremely impressed with everyone I worked with. They all accommodated my challenges, got me a great deal and ensured I got the best experience. My expectations were definitely exceeded! More

I was quite impressed with the level of inventory and even more so with the interactions with staff from the moment I walked in the door. McDavid. I never once felt pressured and I was amazed at the price of the vehicle we purchased. David Briggs was our salesman and stayed with us the entire purchase and answered every question I had no matter how silly it might have seemed to him. Buying a car can be a bit overwhelming, but David made it very comfortable and kept me within my budget while delivering exactly what I wanted! Fantastic job!! More

Jackie and Adam were very receptive of the terms and conditions of the trade that would enable us to purchase a new vehicle, even though we were still obligated to 27 months of our current 2012 Honda Ac conditions of the trade that would enable us to purchase a new vehicle, even though we were still obligated to 27 months of our current 2012 Honda Accord lease. The previous Honda dealer did not reveal to us that a new Accord body style was due. We had asked this question before we went ahead with the lease. Jackie and Adam worked out a deal that enabled us to get out of this lease and purchase a new Honda Accord with payments that were agreeable to us. Most of this deal was worked out over the phone. The sales experience was outstanding. I had my 2 year old daughter running around climbing on the cars and my 4 month ond son that wouldn't sit still; Serghei helped us through the whole process. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable with every detail of the car. I've bought a Nissan, Toyota, Acura, Lexus, and Mercedes, Serghei was the best salesperson I've ever had. Leased my car through the dealership and David helped me refinance my lease to purchase my lease car. He was very helpful.
