From the time my husband and I drove up, in a rental car, we were impressed. Wayne, our salesman, was standing outside in the cold waiting to help us. We were driving around the parking lot looking at the different cars that we thought we could afford. When we finally parked and got out he was there introducing himself and asking how he could help. We told him that we were in a rental and needed something to drive. He took us inside and after talking with us and the finance people, we test drove the car that we eventually bought. Since the car had just arrived it needed cleaning so they friendly people at McDavid gave us a loaner car of the same type that we bought. We are very happy with our great experience here, there was no high pressure sales or long waits. It took 3 hours total for us to drive away in the loaner car. Waiting to pick up our car soon. We will go back to McDavid for our next vehicle also. Thanks Wayne and team McDavid!!! More
I can't recommend Roberto highly enough. I was matched with him because I found the vehicle I was interested in online and had to call the dealership. Roberto told me about the van and was happy to let me put down a deposit, since I live in Austin and couldn't make it to Frisco until that weekend. When I arrived, there had been a mistake and the van I reserved did not actually have the rear entertainment system that had been advertised on their website. Roberto immediately took ownership of the mistake and worked with his manager to find a different vehicle for me. I ended up with an upgraded van for the same price! Then it was time to talk about my trade in, a 2005 Odyssey with 155k miles and in fair condition. We agreed on what I thought was a fair price for the trade and I was very happy. We drove off the lot in our sweet new van, happy as could be. Once we were about an hour down I35, we realized that the wireless headphones had been left out of the van. When I got home, I texted Roberto, and he immediately promised to send the headphones to me. He overnighted them to me, and we have all been very happy. I got a great feeling about this dealership from poking around online, and Roberto did nothing to disappoint. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used Honda. More

We almost changed our mind about going in, because we had trade in that we thought we could never get enough on. Glad we decided to go in, because they gave us a good deal on the trade in and a good deal on the car we bought. We are very pleased! It was a pleasure working with Richard Spano. He was not pushy at all (which is the one thing I hate about buying a car from a dealership). He was very professional and helpful. We will definitely be repeat customers. More
Most reviews on here seem to be written by their own agents. They have no respect for the words they send you out on emails and then flip on the numbers when you come to their dealership. To prove themselves right they will call others liars because you have written proof of lower numbers from other dealerships. Very disappointing experience, twice! Earlier one was in 2011 when my friend wanted a car and we showed up in shorts. The sales rep said that I know you wont buy a car even if I give you a discount of $5000. We said you give us that discount and we will buy this very moment. He went in and said all he could get was $3400! No Deal! Big mouthed bullies. Some sales rep are nice. But you need to be a good shopper to see their true faces. More
Starting off we all have had a bad car-buying experience or have heard the horror stories. Having had a couple bad run-ins that had only produced a bitter taste in my mouth and hours upon hours of wasted da or have heard the horror stories. Having had a couple bad run-ins that had only produced a bitter taste in my mouth and hours upon hours of wasted days off that I will never get back, the people at this dealership turned my view a full 380. Not only was the salesman "Lex" an outstanding example of what you always see dealerships "promise you" he went way above and beyond. The feel you usually get walking into a dealership is one that we dont always want....I usually feel like a fish in a shark cage, just waiting to be tossed around and eaten alive. Not only was this not the case in David McDavid but they were able to work around my budget, get me the car I wanted and provide me with never-before had service in the car-buying world. I have had many a family members get screwed over or someone close to them-if you want an honest dealership, no bs, no wasting of your much valued time then I highly recommend David McDavid as the best option for you and your loved ones. Since buying my new car I have sent all my friends, a few of which ended up buying a new car and others which will in due time. They will treat you with respect and not see you as a sale to a bottom line quota that you always hear about and hopefully have not had to see first hand. There is nothing like having your time wasted and lied to, none of which was present when I bought my new car. They had me in and out in a matter of a couple hours, signed the paperwork and poof-I was driving away in my car. If there is a better dealership out there I have yet to see the customer testimonials in the volume I have with David McDavid. And for the negative reviews that are so few (If any) you know when you see internet bashers and who is actually telling the truth. Again any free time I have outside of work is considered very very precious to me so to have myself take time out of my day and write a review is saying something-more so to me and hopefully to you reading this. If there was a number or star that was higher than I am able to give-I would. -Robert B More

It was actually my girlfriend which we both look 20 years old. The comment irritated us both, but I still wanted to look at the new 2013 Civics and test drive a car since I was between another car and a Civic. I was only looking for two features in the Civic, a sunroof and cruise control. We were taken to see a couple Civics without sunroofs and were told that it was too busy to just browse and test drive. By then I had enough with making the salesman feel inconvenienced by his actions and went back inside to find another salesman. Sam Saidian approached us when we arrived inside asking if we had been helped. We informed him that we were told it was too busy for a test drive and he assured us it was not and that he had plenty of time to find what I was looking for and take a test drive. After the test drive i was very pleased with the Civic EX Coupe ride and standard features. I was looking for the same Civic that I test drove, but wanted the color to be dark Grey. Sam searched the inventory and emailed me the specifications of the exact car that I requested. I went in with a monthly payment in mind that I would be happy with and Sam assured me that David McDavid makes deals happen. Do they ever! I drove off the lot that day after negotiating with exactly what I expected to pay. If you are looking to purchase a new Honda, I was very pleased with David McDavid and their very large selection available and had a wonderful first car buying experience. Sam Saidian was able to save a sale when he cared about what I was looking for in a car and was able to find it on the lot. Sam made me feel like he wanted to sell me that car that was best for me, and assure that I was very happy with my purchase. More
