Dishonest Dealer This is a dishonest dealer! Don't ever buy from them, We bought a Dealer certified 2008 Honda Odyssey on 1/29/2011 from this dealer. We were told the This is a dishonest dealer! Don't ever buy from them, We bought a Dealer certified 2008 Honda Odyssey on 1/29/2011 from this dealer. We were told the car was accident free and that's why it was certified. But when we trade in this car last week for a new car, the new dealer showed us the car fax report which showed there were an accident a couple of month before the car was sold to us. We got a really low trade in value because of that. We called the dealer and left complaint on their web site and no one response. This was an intentional fraud. More

Excellent Salesmanship & Customer Service From start to finish, my visit took less than 3 hrs. Tyler was absolutely the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with anywhere! He went over and above to try to keep me in my price range, he talked to his supervisors on my behalf before even presenting me with options, he truly cares! He called frequently to keep me updated on what was being done with the vehicle as well as to arrange to deliver the vehicle to me, if that's what I wanted. I cannot express my appreciation and satisfaction of dealing with Tyler (including Joshua in finance and I think Jeremy, a supervisor?) strongly enough and I will certainly refer family, friends and anyone else to y'all. I worked with Chris Torres(Fleet Manager) at Honda Frisco. He was very helpful and forthcoming. I shopped around at 3-4 dealerships in DFW area, but ended up driving 40 miles to buy it from Chris. I usually don't write reviews, but the courtesy and good sales service I received encouraged me to write this. Plus I did promise Chris I'd write something nice about him. They gave me the best deal from all the 4 other dealerships and delivered on there promise. They weren't just trying to get me to the showroom to pressure me to purchase a car. At the end of the day, if the deal makes sense for them they'll make it happen. Big shout to Chris and Adam at McDavid Frisco.. More
