UPDATE: We were pleased to have a response from the dealership and we were so hopeful that they would make it right. We tried to call the general manager several times with no response. We did get a call from a random employee saying they would give us two gas cards or oil changes if we would take the bad review down. My husband reluctantly agreed. Well after two weeks we've yet to hear from them about those cards. Once again they are not fallowing through!!! So monday we had another random person call and say "we need that bad review taking down. Have it removed by Wednesday and we shouldn't have any problems" not once mentioning the cards...which we felt so sleazy about taking to begin with and not feel slightly threatened. So we have since decided we will keep this review up. I'm sure there are good employees here and I so wish we could find one to work with. But our experience has been awful and I hope if you choose to go to them you don't end up with this nightmare we had.
