My new Honda Sports I have been an Honda owner for the last 16 years. On Friday, February 13 2015 I took my Honda Accord 2013 for service maintenance and left it on the good hands of Greg Gansle. I decided to visit Serghei Medushevski, who sold me the Accord 2013, to check what was new on the floor. Serghei helped me like he did before, with enthusiasm, knowledge and very professional and friendly attitude. Two hours later I was on my way home with y new Honda Accord Sport and I am loving it! Thanks Serghei and Le in the finance department. Will recommend you and your dealership to any one who ask my opinion. Thanks again, I am a happy customer! More

After a couple of bad experien My wife and I had been shopping for Honda Odyssey for a few weeks in hopes of getting it before a road trip to Florida. After a couple of bad experiences at a couple dealerships across town, I remembered Chris Torres who had been pleasant with us last year when we were looking. My wife and I looked at their website and within a day or two saw an Odyssey we liked. I called Chris and found out he was a manager now and no longer in sales. So Max Auzod helped us out. He was pleasant and not pushy or in your face, really easy going and informative about the vehicle. They had done a great job at prepping the vehicle, it looked nice and clean. So Chris had introduced us to Rosario Rodelo, the Pre-Owned Manager, and because of prior experiences in the past, I had already prepared myself for a fight, I had the Rocky music going in my head and everything. I knew it was going to take some work to get to where we wanted with our trade in. I expected to go back and forth several times with Max being the middle man. But when the first pencil came back, I saw we were a pretty good ways away from where I was comfortable, so I gave him my bottom line to avoid the back and forth. To my surprise Rosario came out of the lion's den (the glass office), or at least that what I call it. So I took my gloves off... But he was one of the most straight up pleasant guys I've come across in the car industry. No there was no bsing, he just told me where he was at and I told him where i needed to be. So we didn't do a deal that night. My wife and I were impressed with Rosario and how genuine he was with us even though he couldn't do the deal with the current numbers. I called Max the next day, and told him I wanted to get a deal done because it was important to me who I give my business to. So Max put Rosario on the phone and about 3 minutes later after a little negotiation we made a deal. Because of work, my wife was the one who had to go to the finance office and sign the paperwork. I cringed at the thought because again in my experience things can get rather intense in there too. We had our own financing however so it was not a big deal. My wife said Matt in the finance office was great as well, she never felt like she was being pushed into anything. The fact that I could trust them to treat my wife well spoke volumes to me. So thank you Chris Torres, Max Auzod, Matt, and especial thanks to Rosario Rodelo for his great customer service and genuineness. We love the van and the trip to Florida was smooth. - Nahum Razo More
Dishonest dealer, tell lies. My car has been being scratched during the service (oil change and tile rotation) in David McDavid Honda of Frisco. I am sure there have no scratch before I left the car to their staff. The manager showed me a document that says the damage has already been marked by their staff when he took my car. They said they will not take care of the damage depend on the paper work. The paper request a customer signature but I found that is not my signature on the paper. They do not want take their responsibility for the damage they put on my car. Dishonest dealer. Very bad experience with David McDavid Honda of Frisco. More
Regular Customer with Multiple Experiences I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid and a 2014 Honda Odyssey. Whenever I need an oil change, tire rotation or replacement, or need repairs I call Timmy I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid and a 2014 Honda Odyssey. Whenever I need an oil change, tire rotation or replacement, or need repairs I call Timmy Tran. He is always professional, is transparent with costs and time to complete repairs and always delivers upon expectations. Timmy has worked with me through accident repairs, new tires, new hybrid battery, third party warranty repairs, and regular maintenance. most of the time, when leaving overnight, he makes sure we have something to drive while repairs are taking place. That is very important to me and my large family. Not only do I recommend Timmy, I'm dropping off the car with him tonight for tire replacement and troubleshooting. Great Dealership, great place to buy cars or for leave your car for service with a piece of mind. All most all the sales persons posses excellent salesman ship if you are buying or at service. Though I did not buy this car from this dealership I would proudly say they are the best. My Car was serviced in many US states but would like to say this place is awesome dealership for service. The service divisors are very friendly and will not recommend unless if it is really necessary for the part to be replaced. Many thanks to sales person Mr. Tim Tran and his Staff who fixed my car Electrical battery Issues. Tim Tran was upfront in saying that it is covered under warranty at 82,000 miles on my car which was such a relief to me. Tim Tran and Management Staff were very friendly with us and provided excellent customer satisfaction. I had great experience on Jan 26 2015. Many thanks to all the service advisers who have serviced my vehicle. I will suggest this dealership to everyone who are looking for service or looking for nice deals to buy car. More

My New 2015 Honda CRV Experience ( After one month) Really you want to know the experience! For first 2 days it feels wonderful. From Day 3rd car is vibrating like a message chair on stop light. And Dealer or Honda doesn't have any solution! So, go and spend your $25+ on some other SUV which don’t make you feel worried every time you drive your brand new car. Honda Dealer and America Honda are aware of this issue. Just Google for the issue and you will know. My brand new 2015 Honda – CRV is vibrating like a message chair on stop light (Ideal). And for my issue General Manager (Miss. Sonia) is not answering my email.it seems they are not considering me a good customer but how can I forget that I spent $25k+ on the car which is just a headache to drive and get it fixed. I hope this is not the case with all other customer here. Also dealership just want to show you five star rating because they have control to delete other post from their site and even on face book page. During the past several weeks of November and December 2014, we visited many dealerships in the DFW Metroplex and came across many different management styles, car salesmen and a large variation of customer service. However, we truly felt that your dealership stood apart from the rest largely due to the professionalism, patience, knowledge, and respectfulness that were demonstrated by Mr. Kenneth Jones. Mr. Kenneth Jones: What stood out most about KJ was his genuineness as a person. He did not have that hardcore sales guy approach that we highly disregard and dislike. We appreciated his sincerity, his sense of humor, and his friendliness throughout our interaction with him. He warmly greeted us, he patiently walked the entire car lot with us, he gave us his honest opinion when asked. We never felt pressurized, obligated or rushed by him to make a purchase decision. He demonstrated an amazing level of salesmanship with his patience and diligence. Ms Li Shao: What was most admirable about Li Shao was her ability to deal with us in a very respectful and transparent manner. Her knowledge of "working the numbers" was outstanding and her skills were impressive. Never once did we feel offended or insulted by her explanations or offers. She was sharp, attentive and very structured in her approach. It was notable that Ms. Li Shao was more focused on creating a customer relationship and experience, rather than making a sale. We truly appreciated her fair approach. It is without a doubt that your entire team is an absolute asset to your organization. The value that they ensure a customer feels is of an international standard and simply phenomenal.
