Maggie, I apologize for you less than excellent experience here at McDavid Honda of Frisco. I reviewed your documents and history with our Service Managers and Service Director. It states that your vehicle was scratched prior to your visit in our Service Department. We did offer to pay at least half of your deductible for your insurance to cover the costs of the damage.
