Likewise my initial Service Department experience with David McDavid Honda in Frisco, was good - for several years. However, over time things changed. Quality dropped. Customer service was Thee worst! The absolute worst. I understand they lost their best techs and mechanics. I know their service personnel turned over nearly completely and their replacement were very minor league. Very. After repeated bad experiences, and appeals falling on deaf managerial ears I finally took my business elsewhere. Enter William "Buddy" Mays - New Manager of the Service Department at McDavid Honda Frisco. I recently had occasion to work with him and, in short, I had a great experience and I am hopeful that things are improving. I recommend Buddy. As it turns out, Buddy had been my service advisor for 4 years at McDavid Honda in Irving, until about 10 years ago when I moved to Frisco area. Anyway, Buddy asked for the opportunity to "win my business back". We're off to a good start. Thank you, Buddy! Good Luck! More

My husband and I were referred(by a friend) to David McDavid Honda of Frisco, i This dealership has exceeded all of my expectations! Four times! My husband and I were referred(by a friend) to David McDavid Honda of Frisco, in April of 2014 when our 16 year old got her license and our family, needed to add a vehicle. We leased two Honda Accord Vehicles. Their inventory is huge and we did not have to wait on what we wanted. Our lease agreement was customized, for us personally. Short term (36 mo), extra miles and no cash down were our requests. The credit process was easy and when we went through the finance department it was quick and everything we had been told, payment, term, etc. was exactly as described by our salesperson. We drove off ecstatic. Fast forward just 12 months. Just received an invitation from David McDavid Honda of Frisco to trade our two 2014 Accords. Something like, "because you have paid on time, you are a preferred customer and qualify to trade early". "For the same payment". This got my attention but I thought, no way. Went straight in and met with my same salesperson (he's still there a year later, that's another plus). They did it again! Exactly what they said they would do. No hassle. No games! This dealership knows how to treat a customer and they work well together. I met the General Manager, Sonia Heredia. Our sales guy Chris was excellent however with that said the people he works for are absolute liars and have no concept of customer service. This would have been our third Honda lease but now we will never purchase a Honda again or work with this dealership again due to there dishonesty. Another Honda dealer was willing to do the same deal but was further away. We will be writing a personal letter to Honda Corporate in regards to this dealership. More
