Service adviser lying to customer I got my car to dealer for services 6 months agoand the adviser told me that I needed to replace the front brake pads because it was 3mm left which is I got my car to dealer for services 6 months agoand the adviser told me that I needed to replace the front brake pads because it was 3mm left which is 20%. Yesterday I took the car to Honda of Rockwalland they told me that the pads were still in good shape about 75%. I told them that David McDavid told me a different story. I am telling you guy that do not trust David McDavid, they are lying to get the customer to pay more for less services. More
