I came in to get a simple oil change but his knowledge of my car was superb. He helped me understand the problems and how this might affect me long term. He even communicated with me during the day to provide status so I didn't have to keep calling in. I went in not expecting much but am thankful that I got him. Thank you Kelvin Jones and McDavid Honda of Frisco for your quality work and communication. More

He was so helpful and I got my car to David McDavid Honda of Frisco where Kelvin met me in seconds. My car had recently turned 100,000 and Kelvin explained what else needed to be looked at/replaced and the costs related to them. I had it done because I have always trusted Kelvin and I know he has my best interest in mind. Kelvin gives me honest information and I give him a lot of credit for the great condition my Honda is in after all these years (12 yrs)! He's always been there when I needed him. More

Our experience with David McDavid Honda and working with Marquis was excellent. As I was driving out there Monday to buy a specific car, it was sold by the time I got there. Which in all honesty, I don't believe happened. As a daughter of a car salesman with over 30 years in the business, I'm familiar with the typical sales trick to get you in the door. A "yes we have your car" and then when I arrive, telling me it sold and trying to "make me a deal" on a car I don't want. I drove through afternoon traffic to come in from Plano to Frisco, prepared to buy the car, only to walk in and be told it's been sold. He KNEW I was coming in to buy a specific car and that I was on my way. So even if this "trick" wasn't pulled, it was still a crappy thing to do. I'm disgusted by this business practice, intentional trick or not. The dishonesty, if it was a trick, is deplorable. If it wasn't a trick, the shadiness of selling a car out from under me while I'm on my way is total crap. He went above and beyond, before, during and after the sale, when I needed his help. After visiting five Honda dealers, I went to Frisco and met Michael Davis. I test drove 4 or 5 cars. Michael was very patient with me and worked out the best deal with his manager. What a difference a professional team makes! Michael does want your business and knows how to earn it. I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend you talk to Michael Davis. More
Not honest Looking for a new odyssey and i need both front and back sensors as they showed me in their test drive vehicle. They convinced me to get a EX-L ( as i Looking for a new odyssey and i need both front and back sensors as they showed me in their test drive vehicle. They convinced me to get a EX-L ( as i also need a RES with split screens) and told me its easy to install and they can do it for me in a day. I agreed, purchased the vehicle and left the car for installation. After two weeks, i get my car back with crappy front sensors which beep for proximity even when parked because they dont know that i am parked. So, now i cannot wait in my car without blowing away my ears and no way to turn off (available in model they showed me). When i asked them to fix it, their answer is "these are after market, not honda installed and this is all you get". And on the rear sensors, there is a dent around the sensors, and thats appropriate as they need to fix it tight. Feel cheated. Dont ever go there More
