Daniel Tabora does not not cancel extended warranty I purchased Honda Civic 2016. Daniel Tabora(FInance team guy) asked me to purchase extended warranty to lower my interest rate. And he said I can canc I purchased Honda Civic 2016. Daniel Tabora(FInance team guy) asked me to purchase extended warranty to lower my interest rate. And he said I can cancel the warranty after paying one month service fee. I have asked him to cancel the service since last November. Now almost 8 months have passed. But my financing balance remain the same. Daniel Tabora does not respond to my email as of now. I reported to Honda America to deal with this case. They are even having a hard time to contact Honda Frisco finance team.. Never purchased the extended warranty from them. You can not cancel. I don't understand why they don't want me to cancel the extended warranty. I am thinking about contacting a lawyer. More

She was so awesome I informed her what I wanted and was looking for and that is what she showed me. She wasn't pushy ,she was honest and trustworthy. I felt so comfortable talking to her like I've know her for year's. Yes I got a car from her. I've spoken to may sales associates and most of seemed like it was all about that sale. Great Working With Tyler! I have brought my civic for service here a few times but I never really felt a personal connection until I worked with Tyler Anderson - granted I had I have brought my civic for service here a few times but I never really felt a personal connection until I worked with Tyler Anderson - granted I had exceptional service each time I brought my car in. But on Saturday when I worked with Tyler I got an additional element of service. He gave great updates and made sure to let me know what additional services were needed and sent me the report outlining why they were needed before I even came to the dealership to pick up my car.That way when I got to the dealership we got a chance to discuss it and talk about potential solutions. He even remembered that I had listed that I wanted a state inspection done and he reminded the shop guys to get it done - talk about great customer service! It's been great working with him and I look forward to continuing to bring my car there for service! More

Exceptional Personnel In late February, I stopped by this dealer just to see what they might have in a used Honda Odyssey. I was greeted by Jesse Thompson, a cheerful, outg In late February, I stopped by this dealer just to see what they might have in a used Honda Odyssey. I was greeted by Jesse Thompson, a cheerful, outgoing sales representative but, which is somewhat unusual in a salesman, low key and not at all "pushy". As luck would have it, they did have a used model, top-of-the-line Touring Edition, but one which was somewhat above my planning to purchase. However, in the course of our discussion, Mr. Thompson and John, the finance manager, lowered the price significantly to make it easily affordable within my fixed income budget. Unfortunately, I wavered, due to having driven my other Honda CRV from my home in Wyoming, and was trying to work out in my mind how to get both vehicles back home. By the time I had made a decision, a day later, the vehicle had already been sold. Although disappointed, I was so impressed with Jesse that I asked him to keep me informed if any more similar vehicles were to appear, and I could fly to Dallas and drive one home. He agreed to do so, and I checked with him periodically with the understanding that I would again be in the area later in the Spring. In the meantime, last week I "accidentally" found in a nearby town, a Toyota Sienna AWD van that suited my needs, and purchased it. I then sent a text message to Mr. Thompson, letting him know to no longer search for a vehicle, for the time being. He did not receive that text; today he called to let me know that they had the prospect of a couple of used Odysseys coming in about the time I had indicated my returning in early June. He very graciously accepted the fact that I had already made a purchase, and I indicated I would "drop by" when I'm there soon (June 12-13) I was so impressed with his attitude, his following up on our conversations, and how well he "personalizes" his sales relationship, that when I'm in the market for another vehicle, he will be my first point of contact. Actually, while I'm in Frisco in mid-June, I'll be looking at some apartments for retirees, with the possibility of moving to the area. I will want to know if trading my 2015 CRV-XL. with lots of highway miles, makes any sense prior to the drive train warranty expiring. I already have 46,000! Robert M. Krisko, Ed.D. More
