I paid MSRP for a new 2021 Accord which is more than I would have liked but apparently the norm these days. The salesperson was very professional and the process took only about an hour. The financing guy was nice but it's his job to try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Know your credit scores before you walk in otherwise they will try to increase your interest rate. The dealership is modern and offers good repair services with an available shuttle. More
Once again David McDavid Honda of Frisco earns my best rating of an EXCEELLENT dealership. My advisor Sergio Guerra is the reason I keep keep coming back when my car is due for service. I have bought 3 cars (new) from this dealership and will continue to be a customer for life. The customer service is simple outstanding and the best part of it is that they are honest about what needs to be repaired and what doesn't. Sonia Montemayor the General Manager needs to be congratulated. She hands on and is always available to fix any issues if any. I wish all Companies now in days had Sonias in their Executive offices. She gets thing done. I also wish many companies also could have a Sergio Guerra. Sergio always exceed expectations when it comes to make customers happy. One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever been to! All salesmen and the manger were extremely rude. I went in earlier in the morning to purchase a vehicle. The first car salesmen was extremely sarcast All salesmen and the manger were extremely rude. I went in earlier in the morning to purchase a vehicle. The first car salesmen was extremely sarcastic and acted as if he were better than us. He would not budge on any add ons that they provided even though the car didn’t have them installed yet. I came back later on with someone else to try and get a better deal but unfortunately the next salesmen was just as uptight and rude as the other. He brought me the sales manager who was also very unprofessional. None of them wanted to make a sale, clearly. She specifically told me that I could just go shop somewhere else. She was acting as if she knew better than me but in fact she didn’t. She told me that the car comes and sells exactly how it comes from the manufacturer. She said they do not add any add ons and that theirs is the best price. They all kept saying they have the best prices. The car did not have any window tint and they wanted to charge $400 for it which is ridiculous. They said even if we didn’t want the tint, since it wasn’t installed yet, they would STILL charge us for it. I asked what was included in the “pro pack” and it was splash guards(which are unnecessary), cargo tray(unnecessary) and wheel locks. They wanted to charge $800 for that which is a total of $1200 extra. When I asked if we could keep that off since it wasn’t installed yet. She refused to do so. Even after she told me that they do not do any add ons. She specifically told me that it is HER choice that she is adding that on and there’s no way around it. I told her that isn’t right and she’s supposed to make a sale for the car and she told me to shop somewhere else. I am very disappointed with the hospitality of these workers. There was not a single person who was decent enough to have a little bit of kindness and professionalism. The manager told me at first that they don’t do add ons and we buy the car exactly how it comes from the manufacturer but when I restated her exact words of her telling me that they don’t add add ons even though she told me SHE was going to add on the package from the dealership and I called her out on her because she went back on her words. After that, she didn’t know what else to say besides to shop somewhere else Bc she told me that it is her choice that she is adding that package and tint on. She said that before we leave with the car that the add ons/tint would be installed. That clearly doesn’t make sense if she just told me they don’t add add ons and that we get the car exactly how it is from the dealership. I do not recommend coming here to purchase a car. I went to speak to many other salesman at other dealerships beforehand and the hospitality and willingness to help was out the roof. I’ve never written a review but I definitely felt like I had to this time. Never again will I come back here or purchase a vehicle from Honda. A great company with shameful workers! More

I'am very impressed of the knowledge of Sergio Guerra when it comes to what my car maintenance needs. Sergio offers nothing less than excellent customer service. He truly is the best ambassador for Davis McDavid Honda Frisco. The Manager Sonia Montemayor also needs to be commended because she is hands on and hires the best staff in the auto business industry. I wish all companies in the US had the same core values as David McDavid Honda Frisco. Congratulations to Sonia for her leadership and also to Sergio Guerra for his outstanding and EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you guys for all you do. I purchased a used car. Six days after it has problems. They asked if I had appt. I said yes. They didn't bother to look it up. Didn't ask me who I was. They said I would have to talk to my sales rep first for permission to service the car. I called the sales rep and left a message. The website says the service dept is still open until 7. I hope I hear back from the sales representative so that the dealer has a chance to make this right. I had to cancel a road trip for this. More
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but hey when one is needed, here goes!! 12-09-21 sold our vehicle to purchase a 2016 320i from this dealer. Had the payment ready within 24 hours after inquiring. Tol needed, here goes!! 12-09-21 sold our vehicle to purchase a 2016 320i from this dealer. Had the payment ready within 24 hours after inquiring. Told them vehicle had to pass inspection to be sold. Fine. No issue. We’d rather something work than not. Around 12-20-21. I started getting worried about what was going on with the vehicle. Still lied to saying it’d be fixed and the car was ours. Side: A few days after this call, I saw the car reposted for more money, but was told it was mistake. Sure lol. I KNEW what was up then, BUT decided to trust their word. 01-05-22 we got the final verdict that the car wasn’t fixed. 01-07-22 car is back up for sell!! We went a month without a vehicle waiting and trusting this dealership to give us an honest answer all to be lied to. We were told the vehicle wasn’t going to be fixed when in fact, it’s fixed. Something told me to fly out just to see if there really WAS an issue. In the end, they wanted more money which I had already figured but why string someone without a vehicle along for a month. We didn’t string along with the check! The payment on the car was coming due and I’m in the Air Force, with missions coming up, so I really don’t have time to be strung along. It was for my 67 year old aunt and I was going to drive the far back. 01-07-22. We bought a 2017 certified unit for cheaper, at a BMW dealer. Out of state buyers beware. You might get told that something is wrong with a vehicle when the overall goal is making more money. We wasted money on a plane ticket. Sold our car. My aunt put her credit on the line and was very worried as the first payment was due (01-10-22) just to be lied to for a month. xxxx dealership. UNTRUSTWORTHY. If you want more money just say that from the beginning. More

Let me just say, the service experience is just atrocious. I book an appointment for diagnostics online - I call to follow up and get a loaner as this is the family car and I need a substitue. Let's be real, getting your vehicle back within hours is not likely. I call, find out who the advisor is and the rep tells me they sent him a text to call me. Fine, fair enough. But oh wait, no call. I call back again next morning, now I'm being routed to the manager and an email is sent telling them to call me - oh wow, this has got be it. Oh wait, no call. I call again this morning as my service appointment is today only to be transferred three times before someone answers saying 'we don't give out loaners for diagnostics.' Great, appointment cancel - I'll go elsewhere. Bing bong. More
