First they said they would it for $100 extra but after pushing it, they agreed to fix it, that is according to our finance manager Ron. Well mom and I left and my son drove the car home later that evening. Guess what? The window was not fixed! Also after looking at the contract, the finance manager took it upon himself to add extras to our contract without our knowledge, such as a Key Replacement Warranty - $499. A ResistAll Appearance Package - $889 and a 2 year/24000 warranty in which we directly told him we did not want, for $2200! Total cost of these extras $3588! And he even told us beforehand that he would throw in the 2 yr warranty, paid by them. That was a flat out LIE!!! We went the next day and had 2 other finance managers,(because Ron was off, how convenient), help us to straighten this out, (which I think they could have done better but I don't know) but at least they helped. You would think the finance director would have helped solve this matter or at least show their face or make themselves known, because they're reputation is on the line. This tells me the director is part of this problem and knows it but I guess they don't care or had more important matters to take care of. So anyway, you people out beware! Look over your contract VERY CAREFULLY and have them EXPLAIN EVERY PAGE before you sign any of it!!! Don't let time, being rushed, and feeling excited overcome your senses because it probably will hurt you in the end. TAKE YOUR TIME AND BE VERY CAREFUL AND METICULOUS!!! These types are NOT your friends and they will try to get as much money out of you as possible, even to the point of deception, which ends up taking your money. This is so sad! Where is the honesty in these types of businesses? Someone show me please, I will shop there. I hope the pain, ignorance, and stupidity on our part will help others to be aware and informed. And be aware of Ron the finance manager and the finance dept., or finance director, who is faceless and/or shameless. BEWARE OF THE GHOSTLY FINANCE DIRECTOR AND THE FINANCE MANAGER RON!!!!! More

Keith responded immediately to all my inquiries and coordinated with me during the process as I juggled work and family responsibilities. Through it all Keith was pleasant and patient, helping me make my final decision without any sales pressure whatsoever. In the end, I got the exact car I wanted at a great price. Everyone I worked with a the dealership was friendly and polite. I would definitely return to this dealership if I am ever in the market for another Honda. More

Terrible customer service. Dealership sold vehicle with promises of full dealer pre vehicle check performed. Has vehicle a week and half and battery caught fire. We took vehicle back to the dealer and the dealer without performing a full investigation to determine the cause, service tech states it must have been caused by rodents or other. The dealer did not consider the extended warranty purchased with the vehicle, offered no loaner vehicle, did not offer any apologizes nothing. I called the GM and left a voice mail message and did not receive any call backs. More

We ended up staying until 11pm but I drove out with an upgrade from the car I had previously thanks to Jesse. Was overall a fantastic experience! More
Horrendous Customer Experience if I could I would give this place 0 stars. I have been a Honda customer for a good part of 11 years and have never had such a horrendously horrible if I could I would give this place 0 stars. I have been a Honda customer for a good part of 11 years and have never had such a horrendously horrible experience with a Honda dealership. I took my Accord for the 20,000 mile service which comes out to over $200 total at this dealership. When I drove my car into their service porch there were no service advisors that approached me, as they should and as they do in other dealerships. They were all preoccupied and doing other things but didn't seem to be bothered to provide customer service to me which is there job. Then I was promised my vehicle by 5:30pm but did not get it until after 6:30pm and even then I had to ask multiple times to get them to be proactive and get my car which was just sitting idle on their lot. The service advisor that did ultimately serve me (after making wait a long long time) went home before my car's service was finished and handed my car's paperwork to another advisor which she did not bother to tell me. This is something that I had to find out myself. But what really drove the horrifically poor customer experience for me was that this is the first time in my life that a Honda dealership did not bother to wash my car after the service, you would think that when you pay over $200 the least they could do is give my car a car wash which all new car dealerships do. This place reeks of racism and is tinged with being very judgmental as to how they treat their customers. I will never ever give this place my business again and you should not either. More
