When we arrived to the David McDavid Honda of Frisco, we were greeted promptly and escorted to a salesman. Our salesman was very engaging but not pushy. Prior to looking at the dealership, we had researched different Honda vehicles, compared them to other vehicle brands, and compared pricing online; and my wife and I both felt our salesman's information and answers were exactly what we had researched before arriving at the dealership. When we negotiating the sales price, we both thought the dealership was fair in the sales price of the vehicle and were able to negotiate a win win for both us and the dealership. The financing office was fantastic. Our financing officer spent 2 hours with us discussing financing options, reviewing extended warranties, and answering questions as to what would be the best decision for us. She even let my wife and I use her office in private to discuss options three different times. Excellent customer service. We purchased additional accessories (i.e., floor mats) and the price at the dealership was comparable to what we would have paid online; and we have been very pleased with the quality of the accessories we purchased. A couple of weeks later, we had a couple of questions we e-mailed and actually received answers directly from the general manager who was very helpful. I returned to the dealership to ask a couple of more questions, and our salesman actually remembered me. He came up directly to me and helped me. Excellent customer service again. We decided to return the extended warranty and the dealership was very helpful and efficient in completing this request, never argumentative, and very willing to help us. To date, we have been very pleased with our purchase. The staff have been excellent to work with, engaging, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions to date. So far, I recommend this dealership based on our first customer experience purchasing a Honda. More
