High Pressure Sales Tactics Told them I had narrowed my search to 2 options and was 24-48 hours from a decision. They kept asking, "what will it take to buy tonight... what will it take..." I asked twice for them to quit the high pressure tactics. They assumed I was comparing them to a deal from another Honda dealer; no, I hadn't pitted Honda against Honda, thanks for the idea though. Ultimately, I was told not to come back again unless it was "buying day". They didn't want me "wasting their time". Purchased another brand at a much better dealership the next day. More

Bought two cars from this dealer and a lot service work here. Looking back, I 'm not going back. They don't send out recall notices. My CRV now have door actuator problems and just found out Honda offered to replace all of them in 2015. I was not notified by this dealer, even though I had my cars serviced there. They are great at making money, not so much about taking care of customers. Very disappointed! Not going back myself and letting my friends make the same mistake. More

I had been watching a 2015 Accord EX on the web and decided to take my family in to look at it. I test drove the car, but the price was a bit off. I worked with Eddie and Jesse. Jesse worked with my wife, on a separate day, to make an offer on the car that we could not refuse. My son is extremely pleased with the car, as am I. And I can say that Jesse was the perfect man for the job. He is concerned with your needs first, car second. In the end that made the buying experience that much better for me. I made an appointment to meet with Keith and was promptly met upon my arrival. My test drive was fun, and I was never asked the typical salesman questions. Upon return to the dealership, I never felt pressured and was treated with respect. I felt as if every option was presented to me, and I was able to make a well-informed decision. After we agreed on the price, my experience with the finance department was also very professional. I will never go to another Honda dealership. More
