Keith responded immediately to all my inquiries and coordinated with me during the process as I juggled work and family responsibilities. Through it all Keith was pleasant and patient, helping me make my final decision without any sales pressure whatsoever. In the end, I got the exact car I wanted at a great price. Everyone I worked with a the dealership was friendly and polite. I would definitely return to this dealership if I am ever in the market for another Honda. More

Terrible customer service. Dealership sold vehicle with promises of full dealer pre vehicle check performed. Has vehicle a week and half and battery caught fire. We took vehicl Dealership sold vehicle with promises of full dealer pre vehicle check performed. Has vehicle a week and half and battery caught fire. We took vehicle back to the dealer and the dealer without performing a full investigation to determine the cause, service tech states it must have been caused by rodents or other. The dealer did not consider the extended warranty purchased with the vehicle, offered no loaner vehicle, did not offer any apologizes nothing. I called the GM and left a voice mail message and did not receive any call backs. More

Horrendous Customer Experience if I could I would give this place 0 stars. I have been a Honda customer for a good part of 11 years and have never had such a horrendously horrible if I could I would give this place 0 stars. I have been a Honda customer for a good part of 11 years and have never had such a horrendously horrible experience with a Honda dealership. I took my Accord for the 20,000 mile service which comes out to over $200 total at this dealership. When I drove my car into their service porch there were no service advisors that approached me, as they should and as they do in other dealerships. They were all preoccupied and doing other things but didn't seem to be bothered to provide customer service to me which is there job. Then I was promised my vehicle by 5:30pm but did not get it until after 6:30pm and even then I had to ask multiple times to get them to be proactive and get my car which was just sitting idle on their lot. The service advisor that did ultimately serve me (after making wait a long long time) went home before my car's service was finished and handed my car's paperwork to another advisor which she did not bother to tell me. This is something that I had to find out myself. But what really drove the horrifically poor customer experience for me was that this is the first time in my life that a Honda dealership did not bother to wash my car after the service, you would think that when you pay over $200 the least they could do is give my car a car wash which all new car dealerships do. This place reeks of racism and is tinged with being very judgmental as to how they treat their customers. I will never ever give this place my business again and you should not either. More

Last week I brought in my Accord for a routine oil ch I’ve been a McDavid Honda Frisco customer for 5 years and have always received great service. Last week I brought in my Accord for a routine oil change and while I was there I mentioned to Elizabeth Tyler (the in-take lady) that I had damaged my side mirror a week earlier pulling into my garage and that I was concerned about the cost of a replacement mirror. Elizabeth left her desk and went outside, took a look at my car, saw that it was a bad paint transfer, and proceeded to spend about 10 minutes methodically removing the paint for me with some type of solution. I am in a wheelchair and have very weak hands (otherwise I would’ve removed the paint myself), but her eagerness to help me, and her overall pleasant attitude, was very much appreciated. Tangentially, last week, my mother, who was looking to purchase a used car, decided to buy a Honda Accord from you guys, in part due to my recommendation that she’d be treated very well at McDavid. I just wanted you to know that I was really impressed by Elizabeth, and that sometimes a simple paint removal from a customer’s side mirror can lead to a future vehicle purchase as well. Sometimes a small, kind gesture can go a long way in the service industry. Keep up the great work! Thank you, Pete P. More
