They tried to way undervalue my trade-in and I mean by about $5000.00 I had to pull up the value on several sites to show them the stupidity. Did not want to really negotiate on price. Actually all the dealer junk they add to the car just makes the buyer sick. It is stuff that should not even be sold to normal consumers. At the end of the day they were the only dealer in north TX that had the car I wanted so I had to hang in. Given the choice again I will not buy for them again More

They had the vehicle in their shop for the same thing four different times. They turned the rotors on two of those occasions, bled and changed out the fluid, and changed out pads. after 14 months and 20,000 more miles, I gave up and traded the vehicle in for a Chevy. Obviously the rotors were not up to the task and should have been replaced, not turned in 8000 miles from the last time they were warped More

When arriv The car was brought in as part of the Takata airbag recall on the passenger side and the intent was for this to be the only work performed. When arriving to puck up the vehicle, the customer service counter informed me that the total was ~$220.00 attributable to the replacement of the spark plugs. When shown the computer system, the service department claimed that a notification was sent out via e-mail and text message and approval had been given via text message by me. No text message had ever been received. Upon further review in the system, the e-mail address they had for me was incorrect and there was a note in the service record from my phone call at 12:45 P.M. stating for no additional work to be performed to the vehicle. After discussion with the service manager, I was told the parts were, 'Too expensive to be given away and would have to be removed.' I informed him I would not pay for the spark plugs and to put the old ones back on. Replacing my cars' original spark plugs took an additional 20-30 minutes on top of the vehicle being at the dealership 2 hours for the air bag replacement. A visit to this service department is not recommended unless you like surprise bills or un-approved service performed on your Honda. More
Dishonest finance Manager After negotiating a payment with Gina over the phone I drove from Austin to this dealership. Gina told me a number that we agreed on and said the Finance Manager was confident he could do it. After arriving the pre-owned vehicle was just as described and even gave me a prelimanary finance sheet with the agreed upon payment on it to sign. I was sent to the finance manager who said he could no longer do the payment that was agreed upon. Despite my extreme frustration I could not pass up the price and condition of the vehicle. Afterwards I told Gina who said she would inform her manager. That was on a Friday and as of the following Monday had received any call from management. More

First th My son bought a used car recently there and Jesse the salesman was fine. Noticed scratches on the window and wanted it fix before we buy it. First they said they would it for $100 extra but after pushing it, they agreed to fix it, that is according to our finance manager Ron. Well mom and I left and my son drove the car home later that evening. Guess what? The window was not fixed! Also after looking at the contract, the finance manager took it upon himself to add extras to our contract without our knowledge, such as a Key Replacement Warranty - $499. A ResistAll Appearance Package - $889 and a 2 year/24000 warranty in which we directly told him we did not want, for $2200! Total cost of these extras $3588! And he even told us beforehand that he would throw in the 2 yr warranty, paid by them. That was a flat out LIE!!! We went the next day and had 2 other finance managers,(because Ron was off, how convenient), help us to straighten this out, (which I think they could have done better but I don't know) but at least they helped. You would think the finance director would have helped solve this matter or at least show their face or make themselves known, because they're reputation is on the line. This tells me the director is part of this problem and knows it but I guess they don't care or had more important matters to take care of. So anyway, you people out beware! Look over your contract VERY CAREFULLY and have them EXPLAIN EVERY PAGE before you sign any of it!!! Don't let time, being rushed, and feeling excited overcome your senses because it probably will hurt you in the end. TAKE YOUR TIME AND BE VERY CAREFUL AND METICULOUS!!! These types are NOT your friends and they will try to get as much money out of you as possible, even to the point of deception, which ends up taking your money. This is so sad! Where is the honesty in these types of businesses? Someone show me please, I will shop there. I hope the pain, ignorance, and stupidity on our part will help others to be aware and informed. And be aware of Ron the finance manager and the finance dept., or finance director, who is faceless and/or shameless. BEWARE OF THE GHOSTLY FINANCE DIRECTOR AND THE FINANCE MANAGER RON!!!!! More
