We made an appointment to meet next Saturday at 9:00AM to look at a new HR-V. At the dealership, Douglas met us promptly at the agreed time. Then he showed us both cars that we wanted to see. Assisted us to test drive both cars. Douglas was knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all questions that we asked. At the end of the test drive, he gave us enough time to decide on which one the two to buy. After we agreed on the price, while we were doing the paper work, Douglas took care of getting the car ready for delivery. He was also kind enough to introduce a Service rep. for future needs. We were out of the dealership with the new car in less than 3 hours. This was a very pleasant new car buying experience for us.. More

Having offered a solution that was above and beyond than what was expected, he showed remarkable character by understanding how me as the consumer felt by personally relating it to car situations he has found himself.
