Ms. Hereida, I’m sure that this could’ve of been handled in a different manner if I would of been able to speak to you before me posting this review, after attempting to talk with several of your employees, with no luck, I did call back twice to get a hold of you, to at least to leave you a voice message, but unfortunately Abby continuesly transferred me to other employee voicemails. As of now, Unfortunately it took my review to reach your location and the smaller issues have been taken care of, I ask my self, if any of you would pay for 750.00 that you were told you did not have to pay for and then when you receive your bank paperwork it’s written as an additional purchase, which has been discussed with John Pomroy, Thomas Gentz & Ron Jackson with no answer yet, we continuously get “we have to speak to the manger”. There is still one more issue we would like to discuss but we feel we ware just getting tired of the run around Thank you Sonia for your attention to this matter
