He checked the car to answer my questions via a phone call that might save me the trip to the dealership if it was not what I was after. I test drove the car and we agreed to a good price. The next day, he came in on his day off to help me through the paperwork. He even helped me with returning the rental car so that I could easily drive away in my new car. I was having trouble with my insurance policy and stepped in and helped as much as he could. This was my first time eve buying a brand new car/car from a dealership. BUT I can not say the same about the finance team. Worst customer service ever!! I suggest going to a credit union or financing through your bank if you can. The guy who finalized our finance side of the deal was so arrogant. I want to thank my salesman Mr.Sergei M, he went above and beyond! More
