Drove my new Si home with confidence! I had a great experience buying my new car, especially compared to the experience I had with my last car. This dealership has a positive atmosphere - I had a great experience buying my new car, especially compared to the experience I had with my last car. This dealership has a positive atmosphere - it's very clean and the staff is friendly. There's always someone willing to help, no matter with what; I walked around a lot and was asked if I needed help multiple times. I actually first came to the dealership to get my car serviced, and I came to this one because it had the best reviews. I was in the market for getting a new car, so I asked for help and Mike immediately gave me his attention. He helped me out with whatever I needed; Mike and his trainee even kept me entertained while I was waiting for my service to be completed. The next week I was back, ready to start the process of purchasing my new car. Mike basically did everything for me; he got a good deal on my car with my requests. However, the car I wanted had to be ordered so I was told it would take a day or two for it to get to the dealership. Here is the only area I had problems; I was told it would get here but then it so happened it wasn't coming until the next day...then the next day...then after the weekend. I understand it takes a few days to ship a car, but I would rather have been told that from the start. This frustrated me, especially because I was paying more than I would have liked, but when I got to the dealership, I learned that Mike went above and beyond to get my car to the dealership and ready to go home with it's new owner. I learned that Mike definitely works hard for his customers and tries to do everything he can to make them happy. Gina, the finance manager, was also great. She made sure the check out was speedy and made sure I got everything I needed. Last note: I would like to give a "shout out" to the trainee that was shadowing Mike the day of my service appointment. I sadly don't remember his name, but he deserves some recognition for keeping me entertained... All in all, great experience and obviously a great day! More

It can feel sleazy and predatory, many times even borderline nauseating. Well, that wasn't the case when I worked with Scott over at David McDavid. I felt like I was actually talking to a human being who had my needs and concerns in mind. I was able to shake his hand and feel like I was making a deal man-to-man, instead of making a deal man-to-devil. I went into this purchase knowing exactly what I wanted, so it was mainly about making sure I felt right about who I was dealing with. I felt right about dealing with Scott. He was informative without being pushy and his friendliness felt authentic. Any up-selling done was well within acceptable boundaries. If you are looking for a Honda in the DFW area, go find Scott Mazur at David McDavid in Frisco. It'll make the process much less painful. When it came time to talk finance, I was pleased with Angel Cerna as well. Between the people who sell cars and the people who make car loans, it can be hard to tell who makes one more uncomfortable. Luckily for me, I was in just as good a set of hands with Angel as I was with Scott. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Again, the friendliness felt authentic, unlike many other dealerships. It'll be a while before I get another car. But if it's a Honda, I'm just going to save myself a lot of irritation and give Scott a call. More

After a service inspection did not resolve the issues I spoke with the used car manager who was open and willing to work towards making this transaction satisfactory, along with my original salesperson Mike Stock who worked along side the manager to provide a vehicle that was worthy of my expectations. I appreciate that they want to negotiate and it’s their job. So I just asked that they text when they get to the price I wrote down. The following business day I received the text from Scott and came up to get my new car. All the paperwork was in order and Angel was a joy to work with in the finance dept. I would refer my friends and family to buy from this location and work with Scott. Like I said, I hate buying a new car but Scott and Angel made it not so miserable. Thanks guys! More
