Bad customer service I called yesterday to book an appoitment for B1 service and I requested shuttle service and asked if it was availavle and if it's gonna pick me up and I called yesterday to book an appoitment for B1 service and I requested shuttle service and asked if it was availavle and if it's gonna pick me up and drop me off at work and the employer said yes , I went on time and dropped off my car to be surprised that the address i provided was out of the 10 miles radius that they provide !!! Which no one told me about on the phone and i did the exact same thing 2 or 3 months ago and the shuttle service dropped me off at work and picked up on time ! If they had a policy change i respect that but somebody should've mentioned that to me to make other arrangements ! The guy went to his supervisor Collin Baker , which he said i can get someone to drop you at work but i'm not sure when or if he will be able to pick you up !!!!! And when i asked him do you see this as a solution , he said Hey , i'm just being honest !!!!! I m very disappointed at this unorganized chaotic place with very poor customer service ! He made it sound like he's doing me a favor for him to offer the shuttle service to drop me off !!!!! If you provide shuttle service for your customers you should be crystal clear about the guidelines ! Not say yes we provide shuttle service and then when i get there oooops , No cant do it. Very bad customer service , def will not recommend to anyone More
