Victor was very professional, polite, attentive, trustworthy, and the process was quick and painless. His approach was relaxed but he always made me feel like I was a priority. There was no pressure from him at all. There was no haggling and I was able to leave with a brand new Honda Pilot with my dignity still in tact. The final price was exactly as negotiated with no last minute surprises. I love that Ali Benli, General Manager introduced herself and even came out again when I drove away with my new vehicle. Her second appearance when the deal was all done made me feel that she wasn’t just there to get the sale closed but also was genuinely happy that I was very happy about at the process from the start to finish. I told her, “Victor Berry was the best part of this process”. His dedication and “no games” approach was what made me decide early on that he would be the one I would purchase my new vehicle from. Poor Customer Service was LIED to I went in yesterday because my plastic key fob broke and Bill Mitchell working in the parts department gave me sooo much attitude and poor customer se I went in yesterday because my plastic key fob broke and Bill Mitchell working in the parts department gave me sooo much attitude and poor customer service I walked out. He gave me attitude when I first walked in. Needless to say I had this exact same problem on another key and had it fixed by simply replacing the plastic key fob a few years ago. I tried to explain to him what the issue and solution was but he would not give me a chance. He immediately told me that I was wrong and he had over 20 years of experience doing this. Then he had the audacity to throw me a box of random keys and literally told me to try fixing it myself in front of him saying "he's always open to learning something new". Why the xxxx should I do your job?! I didn't even have a screw driver! Then he told me that I would have to pay $50 so he can cut a new key. Why would you cut me a key metal key when the key itself is perfectly fine? It's the plastic housing that failed... which is a very common problem with older honda key fobs. I went on youtube and amazon and fixed it for $8 myself. I was insulted and lied to by this man and he needs to stay far away from any customer related jobs. If Bill is so "open to learning something new" then maybe he should keep his mouth shut and listen to the customer or pick up some new skills. I found a solution in less than 5 minutes online... you should try it sometime. More
