Excellent purchase experience because of Patrick Spielman I am so glad that my husband Mike and I met Patrick Spielman when we walked into the dealership. He was friendly, he listened as we told him the type car we were looking for, and he quickly brought a test car for us to drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all of features. We decided to lease a new Honda Accord and he quickly filled in the paperwork and worked with us as we let him know the price that we were comfortable with. He worked well with the management team, and we were able to drive away in our new Honda Accord that afternoon. If it hadn't been for Patrick, we may not have purchased our new car that day and may have shopped around at other dealerships. Patrick has excellent people skills and sales skills and treats his customers like family. He has also followed-up with us various times since we leased our Accord and been so great to work with. We met him at the dealership last night to get our new license plates and he took care of this quickly and took our car for a wash as well! It was great to see him! I expect that the next time we come to the dealership, he will have been promoted to a leadership role, and we won't get to work with him as our sales associate! This guy NOT ONCE came across as pushy or made me feel on edge in any way shape or form. Patrick is very knowledgeable. He was always quick in locating the car I was interested in, so I could look at it and/or take it for a test drive. This guy is the real deal. Any questions I had he was able to answer or find out for me if he happened to not know. I respect this 100% because instead of telling me something that sounded good and wasting my time. He actually took the time to find out the answer to my question, which was really fast by the way. This guy does not waste your time. He understands you are busy and have things to do besides sitting at a dealership all day. He tries to help you in any way to make the car buying process go as smooth as possible for you. Amazing Experience! I am not a fan of car shopping, but Scott made my car buying experience very pleasant. My fiancé and I had already visited CarMax and was dissatisfied I am not a fan of car shopping, but Scott made my car buying experience very pleasant. My fiancé and I had already visited CarMax and was dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge that the sales people have there, so we decided to go straight to the source. I was greeted by Scott when I walked through the Honda doors and he was very welcoming. He helped me find the right CRV for me! He was so knowledgeable about all the gadget and gizmos on the car. My best friend bought the same car a month ago, and didn't learn half of the things I learned from Scott (I am now teaching her about her car that she has had longer than me). On top of all the help with the knowledge of the car, I was given a terrible quote for my trade in, but Scott was able to get them to accept my trade in value quote from CarMax!
