Great Buying Experience I had a wonderful experience trading in my vehicle for a used Civic. He explained the features of the cars in depth and with a great level of knowledge. He patiently explained the difference in warranties between the cars I was considering (new v. certified used) and explained the trade-in process. The negotiation process was fairly straightforward, and by the end of it I was able to meet my financial needs and buy the car I loved. The finance associate who helped me was quick and efficient, and made sure I was able to get a maintenance package that will keep me coming back to Honda forever. The guy complained that he didn't want to drive car back cause he wouldn't get paid for sale. So i said if they fix the damage that in it i will take it. He said ok, then wrote it down on his paper work. I never received a copy of it. Then i called the dealership over 50 times without any call backs. Finally called the GM Ali Benli, He wouldn't ever call me back. The sales manager Nick promised the world and never even called back. They will tell you anything for a quick sale. Called Honda direct and talked to there customer dept. They even tried to contact them without any luck. Don't buy a car from them, you never expect a dealer to do that sort of thing but this one does.. More
