I can’t believe their customer service, I went to battery change this morning, everything went well until I picked my car and release that my vape ( electronic cigarette), It wasn’t in my car, still I was change this morning, everything went well until I picked my car and release that my vape ( electronic cigarette), It wasn’t in my car, still I was inside the dealer anyway go back to service station to meet my advisor KELVIN JONES, I told him I left my vape inside my car and couldn’t find it, he checked my car as well he searched very well even there was another employee he searched the car as well!! It wasn’t in my car, I am %100 sure I left in my car, it seems like They really didn’t care!! I am so pissed, can you imagine leaving your car some item when they returned some of your stuff not in your car and that one was expensive almost paid 100$. I bought 2 car there at this dealer ship. Well it seems like it was my last visit them, I will never take my cars there or buy car even i wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Guys please when you take your car over there please don’t leave any of your belongings inside of your car, you have a big chance it will me missed or you name it!! More
