If i could put 0 stars i would but i am not able to , so i’ve been a customer of David mcdavid of Frisco for more than 4 years and i’ve traded more than 3 cars here and usually get a good service , however i’ve been a customer of David mcdavid of Frisco for more than 4 years and i’ve traded more than 3 cars here and usually get a good service , however the new Team and sales manger are horrible and not qualified, i was contacted by the dealership via email followed up by a call to come check the special deals as an appreciated customer so i took time off work to go to the dealership, talked with the sales rep , finished the deal , filled all paper work with finance and next day i was supposed to just come and pick up the car so they waited for me to transfer all my stuff from the traded car to the new one then the finance guy tried to hassle me for a down payment i told him that wasn’t the deal we agreed in so he comes back after 20 min and try to offer no down payment and higher monthly payment i refused as we already agreed on everything after they realized there’s no point the General Sales manager named Hussain which is definitely not qualified for this job , came in talked very rude and said that he won’t do the deal unless we pay 2500$ down payment or it wasn’t worth it for them , so after 2 trips to the dealership and more than 9 hours wasted i was treated disrespectfully , wasted my time and left with no deal, Horrible business and Customer service never going back again. More
