I had previously reviewed my car buying experience at David McDavid of Frisco immediately after my purchase, but on another platform. I am taking the time to update my review because I cannot recommend David McDavid of Frisco immediately after my purchase, but on another platform. I am taking the time to update my review because I cannot recommend that any consumer use this dealership. Since purchasing my brand new 2021 Honda accord hybrid in January, I have had to make 4 trips to this dealership for repairs. Each time my car is returned, I have additional work that needs to be done due to the dealership's service department. I have included pictures of the steering wheel defect (manufacturer issue), along with the exterior scratches, substance in my trunk, and poor tint job, all done by the service department at this dealership. I brought these issues, along with several others, to Sonia Heredia's attention, who serves as the GM. She said she would make things right and when they were not and I tried to address them she refused to call me back or respond to my emails even after I contacted the customer service department of American Honda Motor Co to intervene. I am appalled at how this matter has been handled and that management is choosing which customers to respond to when all customers should be treated equally. I am providing one star only because zero stars is not an option. More
