Mr. Rahman was very nice and helpful! When the lady at the front desk wasn't helpful at all & was sorta rude to me when I came it the first time. She didn't seem to want to help me at all. This was the first dealership where we didn't feel sleezy working with. The coaching of the sales team is evident to not feel like you're working with "car salesmen" mentality. Funny and sincere. He took care of us right away. There were no long delays. We negotiated a great deal on our Honda Odyssey and were in and out within a couple hours with our new family vehicle. Even the business person in the backroom (which are usually the worst!!) was amazing. The Finance Manager, Talal was also also genuine, and treated us with dignity and integrity. Very easy and kind to work with from the moment we called the dealership, to arriving, to test-driving, negotiating and then purchasing. We highly recommend David McDavid Honda of Frisco for your next Honda purchase. The only slight we can think of, is they said they would gas up the vehicle and deep clean it before we left with it. It was thoroughly cleaned, but the tank was on 1/2 and not filled up as promised. This probably was just an oversight as we said we needed to be somewhere soon. Great dealership! More
