I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I had a wonderful experience. More

They always delay at service. I literally waited for almost 7 hours. They give a heads up if it takes more than couple of hours. I showed up at my test drive appointment, and my assigned sales rep was “busy with another customer”. After waiting 30 mins, I had to tell them to either assign someone else or I would leave. They brought in a sales rep (I think his name was Tyler) who was completely uninterested, maybe because he wasn’t making any commission off me. He was playing with his phone the entire time and answered every question with “I don’t understand” followed by incorrect info. Range, leather seats, features, he didn’t answer a single question the first time, then he gave me the wrong info the second time. He kept me on the 121 service road for the test drive. I asked him if I could go on Legacy Dr or any other inside street to feel the suspension and handling. After the standard response of “I don’t understand”, he said that they do not allow customers on any other route because they have had flat tires. I drive on these streets every day and have not had a single flat tire. You should visit this dealership if you want to waste your time and/or feel under-valued. More
