When I bought my Cadillac Escalade, I was told I had temporary insurance on the car and a few days to get my own insurance, so I didn’t rush. Later, I found out this wasn’t true, leaving me without proper coverage. During my visit to the dealership on Labor Day, I saw a woman crying because a document was torn up in her face by an employee. It was shocking and unprofessional. Additionally, a friend of mine bought a car here and was pressured into an extended warranty she didn’t want. She had to fight to get her money back, which was another frustrating and upsetting experience. These people will smile in your face, but their business practices are deceptive and dishonest. If you want heartache and stress, buy a car from them. Otherwise, stay far away. Do not trust them. More

Very misleading service team. Prices they quote over the phone and online are materially below what they charge one you are at the dealership. I'd avoid this place for service at all costs unless you love parting with money and being ripped off. More

This was one of the most incompetent, ill-mannered establishments I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It was a headache from start to finish. No one seems to know what they're doing or what department something should go through. The only competent person I interacted with was a receptionist over the phone. I felt like a number and that money was the only priority to everyone else I spoke with - zero customer service orientation. When negotiating the price, we were told one thing but they later rescinded, saying they "were looking at the wrong vehicle." We asked for some minor scratches to be taken care of before we arrived to pick up the car - it wasn't done. They said they would call in "a couple of days" to set up a time for us to return for that. It has been over a month with no contact about that. I asked for the tires to be aired before we left because one was 10 PSI below the others - it wasn't done. I had my own financing, with a better interest rate they could offer, but they don't "do" electronic funds transfers from legitimate, FDIC insured banks, so I had to go through the hassle of ordering a cashiers check, which they would not let me mail to them directly, adding 5+ days to the entire transaction. I will never return here for anything and will warn anyone who cares to know about the experience to run far away from David McDavid Honda of Frisco. More
