It’s been 8 weeks and I still have not seen the $3,412.79 that you deceivingly added to my contract credited to my Honda financial account. If anyone has to buy a car from this place, please pay careful attention to everything the shady finance manager does. He will try to distract you by asking about your life and family but it’s all part of the scheme.

Upon inquiring, our team informed you that the vehicle was not ready at that time, but you were welcome to come that following Monday to check it out, contract, and then take delivery, once ready. We advised that it was a Dodge, and a dually diesel so it would take us some time. At every inquiry after, we let you guys know that we did not have an immediate answer for ETA, so we offered a loaner truck. Records show, you guys never came to pick up the loaner and eventually backed out of the deal. You guys are seriously ridiculous. We waited for a call to pick up the loaner truck and was never called. We called the dealership and our calls were never answered. You all didn’t want to provide the loaner knowing it was going to take a while for the truck to be ready and I know this because your supervisor said so. If you’re going to respond make sure you know your facts. I feel sorry for the person who you all conned 5k from trying yo increase the price after it was listed for 23k.

Thanks for your response. I definitely understand credit ratings as I’ve bought many vehicles in my lifetime from dealerships and that’s why I listed theirs in the review I posted. Both had poor credit ratings and should’ve been denied credit to purchase a vehicle where they’d end up paying such an astronomically high interest rate and cumulative cost after all payments are made, way more than the vehicle is worth, especially for a vehicle with over 107,000 miles on it. I do blame my daughter as well for being naive enough to fall into this financing trap nothing short of predatory lending. This is going to create a financial hardship for them and there should be honest salespeople that try and educate our young people along the way when they could be potentially signing up for something that is going to set them back financially. Parents do their best but sometimes their kids try to do things on their own and the sharks are waiting for them.
