A big thanks goes out to John B. and Travis Q. I had been tossing the idea of purchasing a new car back and forth for quite some time (over a year). I knew I wanted a honda civic, but had not narrowed down s tossing the idea of purchasing a new car back and forth for quite some time (over a year). He was always prompt in responding to my questions. After communicating with him back and forth for about two weeks, I decided to take the plunge. The morning I was scheduled to arrive, he notified me that my car was out front waiting! When I arrived at the dealership, Travis introduced me to John - who was equally as helpful. They were both very laid back and had such a calming demeanor - which made me feel at ease. My big day was a complete success because of these two gentlemen. I went into David McDavid Honda Tuesday 8/20/2012 at 4pm, to make a very horrific story short, after stating I would think about the offer and requesting my keys back at a minimum of 6 times, by Mr Meek and to make a very horrific story short, after stating I would think about the offer and requesting my keys back at a minimum of 6 times, by Mr Meek and his sales manager, feeling pressured, bullied, and extremely helpless, I finally told them you have now made me angry, I've asked you repeatedly for my keys back and you have refused, you now have 60 seconds to return my keys to me or I am calling the police! The sales manager then stated, I'll get your keys but your not putting a time limit on me. Finally!, I was allowed to leave the dealership. I have never in my life experienced anything as horrific as what transpired in that dealership! Bullying, pressuring, and flat out refusing to give me my personal property is beyond comprehension! I will never walk into a McDavid Autoplex again. To say it was an traumatizing experience is putting it lightly! No person, man or woman, single or married should ever be treated in that manner!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The used car salespeople are dishonest! They told me one price for a vehicle and then told my dad I was a liar and the price was $2000 higher when he arrived. I had made an appointment with the Internet Sales office this past weekend (July 2012) with Senior Sales Consultant Austin Brooks. When I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted by Sales Consultant Dami this past weekend (July 2012) with Senior Sales Consultant Austin Brooks. When I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted by Sales Consultant Damian Marban. My buying experience was very exciting and went by extremely smoothly with Damian assisting me. I came in expecting to purchase a car at a certain price, and received what I wanted. Damian was able to treat me not only like a valued customer, but also treated me like a friend. He was very straightforward with me and did not play any games with me. During negotiations, Austin was more than willing to help us get the price we wanted. We went back and forth four or five times and we were able to agree on a price. Prior to my arrival, Austin was very forthcoming in regards to vehicle pricing, dealer add-ons, destination fees, documentation fees, and TT&L. He even was able to get me more for my trade than what McDavid adjuster initially proposed! In the finance deparment, Juan Medina was very quick and very explanatory with all aspects of warranty and pricing. He was readily willing to stop and explain any discrepancy that we had a question on. Juan did not try to take control of the situation, and did not try to push any additional insurance coverages. Very professional. He even dropped my APT from 1.9% to 0.9% for 72 months!! I cannot be happier with my purchase experience. Austin, Damian, and Juan were all very great help in this purchasing experience. I will definately come back to the David McDavid family for my next vehicle purchase. I could not be happier with my new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L V6!! More
