On that first visit, we decided to purchase the vehicle and had to come back for it on a couple of days, because the dealership wanted to perform some service on it, which included a new set of tires, which are greatly appreciated. Ivan stayed in contact with me to let me know when the vehicle was ready to be picked up and when my daughter and I arrived to take possession of it, Ivan took extra time with us, to answer any additional questions and to make sure he was satisfying his customer. When I returned the next day to make a purchase, Sayed was very professional, as he was the previous day, and he and Ronnie honored the deal we had spoken about the day before.
