At first I came in for a pre-owned Honda Civic. I originally spoke with Aaron. When he saw my dissapointment in not having the vehicle I saw online, he quickly rectified the situation and introduced originally spoke with Aaron. A big thanks goes out to John B. and Travis Q. I had been tossing the idea of purchasing a new car back and forth for quite some time (over a year). I knew I wanted a honda civic, but had not narrowed down specific details. I began working with Travis. We communicated via phone, emails, and texts because I live three hours away. He was always prompt in responding to my questions. After communicating with him back and forth for about two weeks, I decided to take the plunge. The morning I was scheduled to arrive, he notified me that my car was out front waiting! When I arrived at the dealership, Travis introduced me to John - who was equally as helpful. They were both very laid back and had such a calming demeanor - which made me feel at ease. My big day was a complete success because of these two gentlemen. I went into David McDavid Honda Tuesday 8/20/2012 at 4pm, to make a very horrific story short, after stating I would think about the offer and requesting my keys back at a minimum of 6 times, by Mr Meek and to make a very horrific story short, after stating I would think about the offer and requesting my keys back at a minimum of 6 times, by Mr Meek and his sales manager, feeling pressured, bullied, and extremely helpless, I finally told them you have now made me angry, I've asked you repeatedly for my keys back and you have refused, you now have 60 seconds to return my keys to me or I am calling the police! The sales manager then stated, I'll get your keys but your not putting a time limit on me. Finally!, I was allowed to leave the dealership. I have never in my life experienced anything as horrific as what transpired in that dealership! Bullying, pressuring, and flat out refusing to give me my personal property is beyond comprehension! I will never walk into a McDavid Autoplex again. To say it was an traumatizing experience is putting it lightly! No person, man or woman, single or married should ever be treated in that manner!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
