In order to save the deal, Travis "relented" to an extent in order to save the deal. The wife agreed only because I always want to please her. Trust, honesty and understanding is a key issue in car sales in my book. I just spoke to someone about trading in my 2008 Accord EX-L for a 2013 model and when I asked if Travis was there I was told to hang on for a second very nicely. I just hung up the phone. More
