i was emailed an eprice of 19,129 & told ttl would add possible 1,200, i went to test drive accord seen on internet & was told by Jack that the sports model was only an addtl 1,000 so of course i beca add possible 1,200, i went to test drive accord seen on internet & was told by Jack that the sports model was only an addtl 1,000 so of course i became interested, test drove the sport, went inside to work the figures. Jack leaves & comes back & says the sport model is actually 7,500 more & try to explain why. To me there was no explanation after he told me several times that it was only 1,000 more. had he been honest i would've told him i was interested in the sport because i already knew how much my financing was & it would've been way out the ball park....horrible, horrible, horrible, i wouldn't recommend this dealership to a millionaire!...bottom line, just be honest, honesty gains business not deception! I had a pretty good experience with the dealership originally. However, they were supposed to replace the front bumper; and after driving back an hour and a half to pick up my van (and I got back hom originally. However, they were supposed to replace the front bumper; and after driving back an hour and a half to pick up my van (and I got back home with it) noticed that they did not replace the bumper. They had put bondo on it to fix it. So I drove back another hour and a half to take it back, very upset that it had not been done the way it was agreed to be done. Being told that it was the body man's fault as he thought he could fix it, instead of replacing it! I am not believing that story. Anthony is trying to make it up since it wasn't done right to begin with. So hopefully it will be right when I pick it up this time around! More
