There are more than just a handful of Honda dealers withing a 50 miles radius from where I live. I did my homework thoroughly and asked all dealers the same questions. My husband and I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Honda from this dealership. For the salesman this purchase was very easy, my husband I already new they exact we wanted and already had financing. A Honda from this dealership. After we purchased the vehicle we were unable to receive any service or help unless my husband showed up at the dealership. I purchased a certified car and only 3 weeks later I am having brake or rotary issues and there are 2 lights that are coming on to indicate there is a problem. When reaching out to the dealership for assistance, they stated they do not provide loaner cars and the shuttle has a 5 person minimum to provide to us while my car is being worked on. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned car from Texas Direct and received exceptional service. I should have taken my business there. I will not recommend David McDavid Irving to anyone, nor will I go back. There service is horrible. Once the sale is done they are done with you. Very Unsatisfied, Morgan More
